★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione eccezionale, facilmente raggiungibile con metro (Lepanto) e a due passi da piazza mazzini.
La sala yoga e luminosissima e silenziosa (cosa che ho molto apprezzato perche solitamente nei centri dove sono stato in passato si sentivano rumori di auto e strada) inoltre ha due finestre che affacciano sul giardino interno del palazzo, rigoglioso e pieno di uccellini il cui cinguettio accompagna le lezioni e la meditazione.
Insomma sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto di questo centro nonchè della professionalità dei suoi insegnanti. È davvero il setting ideale per uscire dalla quotidianeità e dalla metropoli urbana per dedicarsi a se stessi e ritrovare l'equilibrio e la pace interiore.

 Exceptional location, easily accessible by metro (Lepanto) and a stone's throw from piazza mazzini.
The yoga room is very bright and quiet (which I greatly appreciated because usually in the centers where I have been in the past you could hear car and road noises) it also has two windows that overlook the inner garden of the building, lush and full of birds whose chirping accompanies lessons and meditation.
In short, I was really satisfied with this center as well as the professionalism of its teachers. It is truly the ideal setting for getting out of everyday life and the urban metropolis to dedicate oneself to oneself and find balance and inner peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovare il giusto luogo in cui praticare yoga a Roma non è scontato. Ho provato il centro e non ho più avuto dubbi su dove continuare il mio percorso yoga. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla passione e dalla competenza degli insegnanti. Le lezioni non sono sovraffollate, permettendoti di godere di una sala luminosa e spaziosa che trasmette la calma del giardino interno sul quale si affaccia, contribuendo ad un microclima confortevole e rilassante.
Si viene introdotti e seguiti passo dopo passo e in poche lezioni è già possibile notare dei miglioramenti soddisfacenti.
Per chi cerca una vera esperienza di yoga, consiglio di provare questa sala.
Finding the right place to practice yoga in Rome is not obvious. I tried the center and I didn't have any doubts about where to continue my yoga path. I was pleasantly surprised by the passion and competence of the teachers. The lessons are not overcrowded, allowing you to enjoy a bright and spacious room that transmits the calm of the internal garden on which it faces, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing microclimate.
It is introduced and followed step by step and in a few lessons it is already possible to notice satisfactory improvements.
For those looking for a real yoga experience, I recommend trying this room.
