Lo yoga che vi si pratica non è finalizzato solo a rendere il corpo più tonico ed elastico ma anche e sopratutto a preparare la mente alla pratica meditativa e a far crescere la devozione verso l'Infinita Coscienza che tutto ha creato e fa evolvere. La meditazione che viene insegnata è preceduta da esercizi fisici e di respirazione che aiutano ad entrare più rapidamente e più profondamente in uno stato di raccoglimento e di serenità interiore. Insomma consiglio questo luogo stupendo a tutti i ricercatori spirituali e a tutti gli assetati di benedizioni divine.
Ananda Roma is a wonderful place to practice yoga and meditation. The yoga that is practiced there is not only aimed at making the body more toned and elastic but also and above all to prepare the mind for the meditation practice and to increase the devotion to the Infinite Consciousness that everything has created and makes evolve. The meditation that is taught is preceded by physical and breathing exercises that help to enter more quickly and more deeply into a state of recollection and inner serenity. In short, I recommend this wonderful place to all spiritual seekers and to all those thirsting for divine blessings.
