★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place to look around and grab some snacks, a chill glass of sparkling wine and munch some more. So much to pick from and choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but lovely market! The quality of the fresh produce, mainly veggies, seafood and dried seeds is a pleasure to the eye.
The only real downside is that these products you cannot really take home with you but needs to be enjoyed while in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if it is a small market it is worth to walk through knowing you Will end up overthere to eat something. Try out the chees, The olives and dryed tomatoes on the shops and then enter one of the small restaurants, you want be wrong, specialy at Kantunera Ristorante

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After eating and experiencing a Caseificio Borderi sandwich (trust me, it is an experience!), head towards the Temple of Apollo and take a look at the amazing different stalls.
At the end of the market, right in front of the temple on your left, you’ll find a Senegalese lady with the most warming smile. She is a wonderful representative of the island’s new immigrants and has beautiful and colorful items from her homeland for sale.
Let’s support our fellow hardworking women (she’s one of the few women there) and help to give the new citizens of this amazing island a fresh new start!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful experience to see all the fresh food: fish, local vegetables and cheeses plus a range of nuts and spices. Don't just browse, try something! Best to buy from those stalls that display their prices. Great food and very reasonable. Highly recommended.
