Misleading with their offer of a free trial and very unorganised. Had arranged a trial and got an email confirmation but was turned away on the day. Very rude staff

This is by far the worst gym I have ever attended to and I have been to many different gym in many countries and cheap and expensive ones , but this is the worst ! I'll start with the fact that everything I was told while I was signing is not valid in reality . I was tricked to buy a membership and I deeply regret it . As basic things you need in a gym are not available . I'll start with the most ridiculous fact for example THEY DONT HAVE EVEN WATER COOLER OR A WATER FOUNTAIN! If you want to drink water you have a machine that does not give change obviously a change machine is not there too. The gym is in the basement so you have no connection to your data on your phone , I was told that there is internet how ever I could not connect with 2 different phones . When I approached the receptionist with the matter I was told off with the phrase " it works on my phone "when I asked please help solve it cause I work with my phone and I need connection I was basically blown off . With the phrase " I don't know it works on my phone so it works " well so got left with no assistance and an angry face every morning for daring to ask about it . The toilets stinks always I go everyday early in the morning let's say I open the gym and the toilets are still disgusting . THERE IS NO A FULL RANGE OF THE MACHINE AND SUPPLIES LIKE BACK SPREAD SHOULDER PRESS AND MORE STUFF THAT ARE LACKING I was told that they offer towels , How ever when I sign in and asked for towels I received a stinky Used towel . When I asked to buy ? They don't have . They also don't have t shirts or gym apparel in the case you forget any thing . BUT HEY IF YOU WANT WINE OR PESTO you could get it cause there is a whole display for you. Not to talk about the fact that when I ASKED TO TALK TO A RESPONSIBLE I WAS TOLD I CANT CAUSE HE IS IN VACATION TILL NOVEMBER . ( we are in July ) They gave me an email address I never recived a reply . I RECOMMEND TO NEVER SIGN IN FOR THIS CRAPY GYM BETTER CROSS THE STREET BUY TO DUMBBELLS WHIGHT IN DECHATLON ACROSS THE STREET ITS CHEAPER AND THE SAME THING AS BUYING A MEMEBERSHIP AT THIS GYM

Small and crowded gym with really inadequate locker rooms and limited space. Equipment is barely sufficient and placed without leaving space for executing safely a workout. Crowd here is very young and often bumping you while executing free body workouts. Last, but not least, there is almost zero stretching equipment available for members who do not subscribe for specific packages as the 90% of the stretching equipment is a 'reserved' room not accessible to normal members.

I don't understand the bad review this gym got. It almost made me decide to not even visit. I am glad i did. So far so good for me. For the price i think it is fair; one can not be demanding. The equipment is new. It can get crowded at some time periods but you've just got to find the time slot that works for you. Also change rooms switch every day between women and men (to allow both to enjoy the sauna and turkish bath) which is not a problem as long as it is thoroughly cleaned afterwards. All in All, i am content with my choice. If you are looking for a gym at a fair price in the center then i would recommend this one.
