E' dal 25 Ottobre che c'è un problema bloccante ed urgente. Nessuno risponde alle mail, dicono che devono verificare e poi non dicono nulla. chiami e parli sempre con persone che o ti dicono che è risolto e poi non lo è, oppure lasciano correre senza informarsi. Dicono verificheremo con il reparto tecnico...boh, forse non esiste se dopo 25 giorni ancora non si sa nulla. Non si può chiedere un escalation perchè neanche i responsabili richiamano mai. Sono veramente sconcertata dalla totale mancanza di professionalità , empatia e assoluta impreparazione dei vari operatori che oramai mi hanno risposto al telefono (per non dire e fare nulla) in questi 25 GIORNI. Assolutamente senza parole.
Unico consiglio, NON SCEGLIETELI COME COLLABORTORI, sono pessimi!
BAD assistance.
Since October 25th there has been a blocking and urgent problem. Nobody replies to the emails, they say they have to check and then they don't say anything. you always call and talk to people who either tell you it's solved and then it's not, or they just let it go without asking. They say we'll check with the technical department ... well, maybe it doesn't exist if after 25 days you still don't know anything. You cannot ask for an escalation because even the managers never call back. I am truly disconcerted by the total lack of professionalism, empathy and absolute unpreparedness of the various operators who have now answered the phone (to say and do nothing) in these 25 DAYS. Absolutely speechless.
Only advice, DO NOT CHOOSE THEM AS COLLABORTORS, they are bad!
