Bagno decisamente sporco nonostante ci sia ancora tra l’altro il problema covid.. Ho dovuto cambiare la bambina sulle sedie perché purtroppo sono sprovvisti di fasciatoio.. Peccato perché all’inizio era il top! Banco delle torte e dolcetti praticamente vuoto alle 4 di domenica pomeriggio.. Unfortunately it has lost a lot compared to the opening .. Attesa lunga per l'ordinazione e altrettanto per le cioccolate, ma soprattutto, in epoca covid, ho dovuto chiedere la pulizia del tavolo che poi è stata fatta col solito straccetto bagnato... Purtroppo la situazione si ripete quasi in ogni locale italiano Short stop for a hot chocolate, very nice and well-kept place. Posto nella via principale del centro di Biella, parcheggio a pagamento accanto al locale. Really nice and super-nice place in the center, prices a bit high for what is offered. Good ice cream! Peccato le brioches siano surgelate, un bar pasticceria dovrebbe avere brioches fresche di pasticceria e oltretutto costano come oro , 1.60 euro piccola. Caffè buono.. Ottimi i pasticcini e il gelato. Riconfermo ottimi pasticcini Pastry bar in the center, corso via Italia. Very well furnished. Con fare maleducato e impettito la cameriera che probabilmente si è scocciata perché distolta dallo specchiarsi nella vetrina, ci dice che dovevamo metterci nel lato opposto della sala ( eravamo tra l'altro con due bambini buonissimi). Ordiniamo e nonostante i tavolini fossero minuscoli per tutto il tempo hanno lasciato i vuoti e i piattini vuoti a ingombrare. Il bagno nonostante vogliano far passare il locale come chic al limite dell'accettabile e senza antibagno praticamente ciò che fai in bagno si sente nel locale, ma dovrebbe avere un anti bagno un locale pubblico? Tralasciamo che è meglio. Non serve una buona piega per essere un buon professionista soprattutto nella ristorazione. Una stella perché le bibite in bottiglia non erano male.
