★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ero tranquillamente sulla passeggiata in Biella (fuori dalla mia zona canonica di Torino) e vedo questa piccola pasticceria con interessanti proposte in vetrina e sugli espositori ,quindi decido di entrare (premesso non ho contato le persone all interno ),ma appena varcata la soglia mi sento riprendere da un addetta alle vendita che mi invita immediatamente ad uscire(ero insieme alla mia compagna) in quanto eravamo "in troppi all'interno".
Ha ragione?
Forse si forse no,ma il modo con cui ci ha intimato di uscire senza avere ne cortesia né professionalità nel gestire la cosa mi ha davvero sconcertato(eravamo clienti nuovi,potenziali compratori).
Mi spiace ma la mia valutazione non riguarda assolutamente la qualità del prodotto(che ahimé non abbiamo potuto valutare) ma riguarda la scarsa professionalità nel gestire questa situazione e la scortesia usata.
Today I was quietly on the promenade in Biella (outside my canonical area of Turin) and I see this small pastry shop with interesting proposals in the window and on the exhibitors, so I decide to enter (given that I have not counted the people inside), but as soon as I cross the threshold I feel taken up by a sales employee who immediately invites me to go out (I was with my partner) as we were "too many inside".
Is he right?
Maybe yes maybe not, but the way he told us to go out without having any courtesy or professionalism in handling it really baffled me (we were new customers, potential buyers).
I'm sorry but my evaluation is not about the quality of the product (which alas we could not evaluate) but it concerns the lack of professionalism in handling this situation and the rudeness used.
