Personale svogliato e poco attento al cliente, quando si entra non salutano e non chiedono di cosa hai bisogno. Gusti aggiuntivi delle cioccolate presenti sul menù ma ogni volta che li si chiede, non sono disponibili. Consiglierei di aggiornare i menù tenendo solo ciò che davvero si può offrire al cliente. Wrong times on pages and on Google. Very little safety distance between tables. Staff listless and not very attentive to the customer, when you enter they do not say hello and do not ask what you need. Additional flavors of the chocolates on the menu but whenever you ask for them, they are not available. I would recommend updating the menus by keeping only what can really be offered to the customer.

Semifreddo al pistacchio , cioccolate fondenti, con riso soffiato, con nocciole e peperoncino. Tutte deliziose. Ci tornerò spesso. Delicious hot dark chocolate served with a slice of cake and chocolate buttons. Sacher cake. Pistachio semifreddo, dark chocolate, with puffed rice, with hazelnuts and chilli. All delicious. I will go back often.

With the phrase of the young waitress fully aware of her role as bouncer: "we need the table" we were invited to leave the room as soon as we finished the drink (I specify that we were seated for fifteen / twenty minutes at the most). I think that the friendliness and empathy with customers goes far beyond the number of seats for the day ....

Il posto è carino e il personale cordiale, ma onestamente hanno dei prezzi ingiustificabili. Le tortine erano anche abbastanza buone, certo non le migliori che abbia mai mangiato, ma comunque fatte bene...ma farle pagare 4.50€ l'una mi sembra davvero una presa in giro, considerando anche che non ci si trovava neanche nel centro storico di Biella, da giustificare tali prezzi. My girlfriend and I went for two coffees accompanied by two fruit cakes. The place is nice and the staff are friendly, but honestly they have unjustifiable prices. The cakes were also quite good, certainly not the best I've ever eaten, but still done well ... but charging them € 4.50 each seems like a real joke, considering also that we were not even in the historic center of Biella, to justify these prices.

È uno dei bar molto Chic in zona ,ci piace tanto anche perché è molto tranquillo. Vi raccomando di provare i dolcini di cioccolato fatti dalla proprietaria ,una cosa spettacolare con tantissimi gusti differenti , vien voglia di provarli tutti . It is one of the very chic bars in the area, we also like it a lot because it is very quiet. Vabbè che l'ho acquistata a 11€ ma le paste sono 380g, i cioccolatini con l'alcol come DA FOTO sono scaduti da 1 anno e la pallina col cioccolato dentro avrá 50g di cioccolato..a sto punto non so se scaduto anche quello o no. Fate vobis. I bought an XXL Magic box from them via the ToogGoodTogo app. Would you ever say that this box is worth € 33? Oh well I bought it for € 11 but the pastas are 380g, the chocolates with alcohol as FROM PHOTO have expired for 1 year and the ball with the chocolate inside will have 50g of chocolate .. at this point I don't know if that too has expired or not. Make vobis.

The pastries and coffee are amazing each time (been here a few times :) Great ambiance and very well decorated with some elements from the 30’s-50’s. The service is nothing short of amazing. After the second visit the lovely girl there always remembers what I liked and prepares it exactly as I like it. I look forward to next time.
