1 Telefonato piu’ volte e mi ha consigliato di prendere gomma su Internet in quanto sprovvisto.
2 Dopo aver acquistato ho chiamato due volte per confermare appuntamento
3 Quando sono arrivato Vi erano 2 o 3 Audi e con arroganza e disprezzo mi ha detto che forse sarebbe riuscito in giornata, dalla mattina presto, altrimenti il giorno successivo in quanto le mani che ha sono solo 2.
Sono ovviamente dovuto andare da un altro il quale mi ha fatto storie per L acquisto effettuato ma cmq in 40 minuti mi ha cambiato la gomma
5 Un modo di lavorare da condannare : sono dovuto andare in giro con una gomma fallata perché hanno preferito dedicarsi ad auto probabilmente arrivate al mattino piuttosto che cambiare la ruota di una moto dove c era appuntamento.
SCONSIGLIATO assolutamente

Nessuna informazione per telefono, ne' su prezzi ne' su disponibilità, mi faccio mezz'ora di strada per sapere che le gomme non le hanno in casa e sui prezzi siamo decisamente sopra la media. Ordinate da Gommadiretto, arrivate in tre giorni e montate da un gommista convenzionato in zona poco distante da loro. Comprese le 48€ per il montaggio ho risparmiato ancora 150€ complessive per la stessa marca e misura di pneumatico proposta da loro. E' normale che un gommista le faccia pagare di più, ci sta, ma la politica di farmi perdere tempo e farmi fare mezz'ora di strada (che ha un costo per me, di tempo e di viaggio!) per non volere dare un' informazione al telefono è decisamente perdente rispetto alla velocità e comodità di fare tutto su internet, ad un prezzo di montaggio poi molto onesto con i convenzionati. Nessuna differenza sulla qualità del prodotto e sul servizio di montaggio ed equilibratura. Tempi di attesa minori, più gentilezza nelle comunicazioni ed alla fine risparmio pure 150€ a montaggio compreso. Se non trovo accoglienza sarei stupido a continuare a comprare da voi. Cliente da una vita del Bruno ma vista l'evoluzione del servizio sia per le vetture private che per i mezzi di lavoro penso proprio di proseguire con i servizi online.
No longer the same as when Bruno was there. No information by phone, no prices or availability, I go half an hour to find out that the tires do not have them at home and we are definitely above average prices. Sort by Gommadiretto, arrive in three days and mounted in a partner in the tire area not far from them. Including the € 48 for the assembly I still saved € 150 in total for the same brand and tire size proposed by them. And 'normal for a tire the face paying more, there is, but the policy of wasting my time and make me do half an hour drive (which has a cost to me, time and travel!) For not wanting to give a 'information on the phone is definitely a loser compared to the speed and convenience of making everything on the internet, to a mounting price then very honest with the agreement. No difference on the quality of the product and on the assembly and balancing service. Smaller waiting times, more kindness in communications and in the end savings as well € 150 per assembly included. If I don't find welcome I would be stupid to continue buying from you. Customer from a life of Bruno but given the evolution of the service for both private cars for work means I just go with online services.
