★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Disorganizzazione totale.
Oggi nuovamente altro disservizio. Fatta spesa ieri. Mi dicono che porteranno la spesa la mattina dopo. Alle 13.30 ancora niente. Chiamo e mi dicono che consegneranno spesa dopo le 16. Ma non si sa entro che ora. Finalmente ottengo che mi dicano entro le 17.30. Arrivato il ragazzo, mi dice che devo pagare. Peccato che avevo saldato tutto in negozio. Ripeto: PESSIMA ORGANIZZAZIONE. in negozio poi non sempre si trovano le stesse marche. Dovrò provvedere online.
 Bad service. Total disorganization.
Today another disservice again. Shopping yesterday. They tell me they will bring the groceries the next morning. At 1.30 pm still nothing. I call and they tell me that they will deliver groceries after 4pm. But no one knows what time it is. I finally get them to tell me by 5.30pm. When the boy arrives, he tells me I have to pay. Too bad I had paid everything in the shop. I repeat: BAD ORGANIZATION. the same brands are not always found in the store. I'll have to do it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata stamattina insieme a mia figlia al negozio di via crispi, che dire il negozio nuovo, bello pulito e ben fornito, ad accoglierci c’era Gennaro un ragazzo cortese e disponibile il quale ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per l’acquisto di un coniglietto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco molto bene il negozio zoomiguana a Casoria ma per la vicinanza ho iniziato ad acquistare al negozio presso via Crispi.
Qui ho notato il personale molto impreparato, non sa neanche i prodotti che vende il negozio. Ho fatto un acquisto di più prodotti (ho speso più di 100 euro) ma è stata una sudata, difficilissimo farmi capire dal personale (3 persone) e non c’era il direttore. Mi piace il negozio, ben organizzato ma ho trovato molto impreparato il personale sotto ogni punto di vista, sia per avere consigli sugli acquisti (volevo acquistare altre cose ma ho lasciato perdere) sia alla cassa per effettuare un semplice pagamento.
Forse sarà stata una coincidenza ma la mia esperienza, a via Crispi, è stata negativa.
I know the zoomiguana shop in Casoria very well but because of its proximity I started buying at the shop in via Crispi.
Here I noticed the staff very unprepared, they don't even know the products that the shop sells. I made a purchase of several products (I spent more than 100 euros) but it was sweaty, very difficult to make myself understood by the staff (3 people) and there was no director. I like the shop, well organized but I found the staff very unprepared from every point of view, both for advice on purchases (I wanted to buy other things but I gave up) and at the cashier to make a simple payment.
Maybe it was a coincidence but my experience, in via Crispi, was negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Negozio è bellissimo e grandissimo. Vende tantissimi prodotti. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale. Tutto molto molto pulito.Unica cosa che è un poco caro. Glia normali che vi sono sono molto carini e tenuti benissimo.
The shop is beautiful and huge. It sells a lot of products. The staff are very polite and friendly. All very very clean. The only thing that is a little expensive. The normal ones there are very nice and very well kept.

A più riprese ho acquistato vari prodotti per la mia tartaruga. Sta molto bene nel suo nuovo Habitat
