Nello specifico, abbiamo avuto il piacere di acquistare al reparto di acquariologia ed abbiamo trovato tanta precisione, pulizia e competenza. Ad esempio: ho appena acquistato un fondo molto scuro per allestire un acquario da destinare ad un Betta, l'addetto mi ha chiesto con aria indispettita il perché io abbia deciso di acquistare proprio un fondo così scuro. Ho motivato la mia scelta (essendomi documentato) con educazione e l'ho invitato a correggermi qualora stessi sbagliando. Lui mi ha chiesto dove avessi preso queste informazioni con aria stufata, ed io ho nuovamente risposto con educazione...in conclusione sono stato liquidato con sufficenza, ha preso il sacchetto e basta. Basterebbero dei modi più gentili, sono un neofita posso sbagliare, avrei voluto mi correggesse. Spero di trovarlo prossimamente di un umore più accettabile. Tornerò sicuramente avrà modo di rifarsi (spero).
