P	Pasquale D'alterio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 15:10 entri per chiedere di prendere un pesce, i due commessi ti dicono di aspettare perché l'altro collega è in pausa, aspetto 15 minuti senza chiedere nulla dopo di che chiedo se è possibile comprare questo pesciolino ad uno dei commessi ma di nuovo mi dicono finché non arriva il collega il pesce non lo possiamo prendere noi. Allora dico io se non avete la possibilità di poter servire in certi orari forse è meglio chiudere che fare aspettare i clienti a vuoto. M	Miss Lady V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si parla sempre troppo negativamente di questi Store per animali, dal servizio al fatto che qui si acquistano cani ...io personalmente mi sono trovata benissimo, nello specifico in questo Store. I cani vanno prima visitati in canile, recita una frase sulle cuccette dove ci sono i cuccioli in vendita. Credo che sia bellissimo. In foto ci sono i miei 2 gioielli, una labrador e un chihuahua tigrato, sono stata seguita passo passo e ho trovato il medico veterinario (allo Zoomiguana di Casoria) davvero in gamba. Ci vado anche per far compere, con la scheda accumulo punti e ricevo sconti sugli acquisti. Per me è 5 stelle meritatissime! Dogs must first be visited in kennels, say a sentence on the bunks where there are puppies for sale. I think it's beautiful. In the picture there are my 2 jewels, a labrador and a brindle chihuahua, I was followed step by step and I found the veterinarian (in Zoomoria of Casoria) really smart. I also go there to shop, with the points accumulation card and I receive discounts on purchases. For me it is 5 stars well deserved!

Mancanza di comunicazione tra i vari punti vendita e sopratutto poca o quasi zero disponibilità dei prodotti a volantino. Per non parlare dei prezzi alti. Da evitare!!! Worst pet shop ever. Zero professionalism of employees. Lack of communication between the various points of sale and above all little or almost zero availability of flyer products. Not to mention the high prices. Avoid !!!

Purtroppo è l unico nelle vicinanze di casa mia. Mi dispiace, ma Nn si può gestire un negozio in questo modo. Quando ho tempo vado sempre altrove, dove la differenza è letteralmente notevole Nn well managed organization.
