Acquistato un orologio, nemmeno uscito dal negozio abbiamo visto che non funzionava, non c’e lo hanno potuto cambiare perché non ne avevano un altro, ma la cosa peggiore è che ci hanno negato il rimborso che ci toccava PER LEGGE. A pensare che ci siamo ritrovati lì per portare un oggetto difettoso in garanzia.....
Bad experience !!! When we bought a watch, we didn't even leave the shop and we saw that it didn't work, they couldn't change it because they didn't have another one, but the worst thing is that they denied us the refund that we were entitled to by LAW. To think that we found ourselves there to bring a defective item under warranty .....
