Ho portato a cambiare lo schermo del mio cellulare che era scheggiato ma per il resto perfettamente funzionante, non mi aveva MAI dato problemi. Appena riparato inizia a dare problemi minimi fino al non funzionamento del touch, che partiva in totale anarchia, fino al blocco totale dello schermo,completamente andato! Ritorno al punto vendita e INSISTONO in maniera scostumata sul fatto che sia stato provocato da un danno causato da me, cosa assolutamente non vera. Continuano la presa in giro non curandosi del danno da LORO provocato e con totale disinteresse verso il problema. Giustamente i loro 80 euro li hanno incassati, adesso sono solo fatti miei! Mi hanno proposto di ripararlo...ovviamente a pagamento!
Ho chiesto di parlare con il titolare, mi è stato risposto che non era possibile...è questa la serietà di questo posto...

DISHONEST AND RUDE
I took to change the screen of my mobile which was chipped but otherwise perfectly working, it had NEVER given me any problems. As soon as it is repaired it begins to give minimal problems until the touch does not work, which started in total anarchy, until the total block of the screen, completely gone! I go back to the store and they INSIST in a rude way that it was caused by damage caused by me, which is absolutely not true. They continue the mockery not caring about the damage they have caused and with total disinterest in the problem. Rightly their 80 euros have cashed them, now it's just my business! They offered me to repair it ... obviously for a fee!
I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that it was not possible ... this is the seriousness of this place ...

Dopo aver sostitutito uno schermo pagando ben 80 euro, in meno di un mese il telefono ha iniziato a dare problemi seri senza mai essere caduto. Mi sono recata di nuovo al punto vendita e non ne hanno voluto sapere, si sono rifiutati anche solo di dare un'occhiata o chiamare un titolare per discutere della questione, chiedendo 60 euro per la sostituzione. Dunque il primo prezzo era pompato e addirittura per un danno causato da loro il cliente dovrebbe pagare? Non torneremo mai più, non meritano nemmeno una stella.

After replacing a screen for 80 euros, in less than a month the phone started to give serious problems without ever having fallen.
