Però, purtoppo, ogni volta che ci vado per qualche necessità devo fare i conti col tempo, perché l'attesa è di minimo mezz'ora, se non di più. Pur comprendendo che ci sono clienti che non si schiodano mai dal banco dei commessi, inondandoli di domande o raccontando tutta la storia della loro vita fin quasi ad andarci in pensione, e ignorando completamente l'attesa degli altri clienti in fila...premesso questo, anche il personale si adagia in conversazioni senza considerare le lunghissime attese degli altri utenti, alcuni dei quali, scoraggiati, se ne vanno non solo per cedimento, ma avendo pur altri impegni da adempiere in giornata! Facendo osservare questo aspetto ai negozianti, tuttavia, la risposta è quella classica e retorica del "stiamo lavorando". Va beh...noi no, mai. Viviamo d'aria. Well stocked and well set up shop.
