★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su 3 display inviati 1 va bene gli altri 2 sono stai riparati male, ma la cosa più assurda e la totale mancanza di comunicazione non rispondono mai in qualunque modo li contatti il telefono non funziona, alla mail non rispondono, su WhatsApp non rispondono, oltre che ci sono voluti 40 giorni per riparare i display non quello dichiarato nell’annuncio. Ora ho inviato il reclamo per il display riparato male ma non ho idea se mai risponderanno. Mi dispiace ma professionalità pari a 0 oltre che non rispondere e segno di maleducazione e poco rispetto per chi ti dà da lavorare e per questo che dopo questa esperienza non sarò piò un vostro cliente . Confermo che dopo un mese non hanno risposto e ho dovuto tenere e svendere i 2 display riparati in modo orrendo
 On 3 displays sent 1 is fine the other 2 have been badly repaired, but the most absurd thing is the total lack of communication they never respond in any way you contact them the phone does not work, they do not respond to the email, they do not respond on WhatsApp that it took 40 days to repair the displays not as stated in the announcement. I have now submitted the complaint for the poorly repaired display but I have no idea if they will ever respond. I'm sorry but professionalism equal to 0 as well as not answering is a sign of rudeness and little respect for those who give you to work and for this reason that after this experience I will no longer be your customer. I confirm that after a month they did not respond and I had to keep and sell off the 2 horrendously repaired displays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro senza professionalità, ho portato a cambiare il vetro posteriore del OnePlus 6 (colore nero opaco). Mi è stato reso con il vetro di colore lucido NON ORIGINALE ( facilmente riconoscibile dalle impronte che rimanevano sullo schermo) e leggermente scollato nella parte superiore tutto questo ad un prezzo di 70€. Ovviamente il vetro dopo nemmeno una settimana si è rotto di nuovo. sconsiglio vivamente

Mi hanno inventato che me l’ hanno spedita dandomi il tracking della spedizione che avevo giá ricevuto (telefono senza scatola). Aperto reclamo paypal che non capendo il servizio che offrono, mi hanno detto che avrebbero rimborsato solo se fornivo il tracing di spedizione! Poco professionali, non rispondono ai messaggi e si tengono le cose degli altri. Mai più.
I shipped my iphone with the original box. They sent it back to me without the box. They made me up and sent it to me giving me the tracking of the shipment I had already received (phone without box). Open paypal complaint that not understanding the service they offer, they told me they would only refund if I provided shipping tracing! Unprofessional, they don't respond to messages and keep other people's things. Never again.

Ho acquistato online 2 retro console. Sono arrivate entrambe rotte e non funzionanti. Purtroppo solo a quel punto noto che non è possibile chiamare, ma solo mandare messaggi all’unico numero lasciato a disposizione. Alla mail non ho avuto nessuna risposta, mentre giusto un paio di messaggi il primo giorno per fingersi interessato a quanto pare, dato che ora non ricevo più nessuna risposta, nessuna possibilità di reso e a differenza di quanto scritto a caratteri cubitali nel sito, nessuna garanzia.
Esperienza pessima dato anche che gli oggetti acquistati erano più di uno, di cui nessuno purtroppo mi ripaga dei soldi spesi. ( i prodotti arrivano senza nessuno scontrino ne fattura di acquisto) FATE ATTENZIONE.

I bought 2 retro consoles online. Both arrived broken and not working. Unfortunately only at that point do I notice that it is not possible to call, but only to send messages to the only number left available. I did not receive any reply to the email, while just a couple of messages the first day to pretend to be interested apparently, since now I no longer receive any reply, no possibility of return and unlike what is written in large letters on the site, no guarantee .
Bad experience also given that the items purchased were more than one, unfortunately no one repays me for the money spent. (the products arrive without any receipt or purchase invoice) PAY ATTENTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 3 settimane che aspettavo un vetro di una fotocamera iPhone, mi chiedono di lasciare il telefono per 3 ore in negozio. Al mio ritorno nulla era stato fatto perché il pezzo di ricambio non era presente in negozio. Non rispondono al telefono e su whatsapp ci mettono ore. Professionlita zero. In altro negozio riparazione completa fotocamera e vetro in un ora.
