Purtroppo però un lunedì ho chiamato per vendere un serpente da loro, ho detto la razza e tutto quanto, mi hanno detto di sì e sabato sono andata da loro.
Sabato hanno visto il serpente e alla fine la loro risposta è stata 'abbiamo troppi esemplari simili e non vogliamo doppioni'.
50 km di viaggio per niente e soldi spesi per niente.

Unfortunately, however, one Monday I called to sell a snake from them, I said the breed and everything, they said yes and on Saturday I went to them.
On Saturday they saw the snake and in the end their response was 'we have too many similar specimens and we don't want duplicates'.
50 km of travel for nothing and money spent for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da molto che non entravo in questo negozio, oggi mi serviva un'articolo è ho fatto una scappata dentro;quanto mai. Accoglienza zero, ci sta "non assillanre il cliente", buono. Quello che mi ha dato molto fastidio è stato il frettoloso è poco professionale consiglio datomi da una signora media età simil bionda. Per non parlare del fatto di non saper tacere quando si "DOVREBBE". Frasi tipo " ma la gente all'ultimo non cucina più lenticchie con cotecchino??". Be'!!, vi rammento che fino a poco tempo fa imploravate la gente di entrare. Per tutto questo io sconsiglio questo negozio, va contro alla professionalità di chi ci da tutto il cuore agli animali
It has been a long time since I went into this shop, today I needed an article and I took a trip inside; how much ever. Zero hospitality, there is "not pestering the customer", good. What bothered me a lot was the hasty and unprofessional advice given to me by a blonde-like middle aged lady. Not to mention not knowing how to be silent when you "SHOULD". Phrases like "but at the last minute people don't cook lentils with cotecchino anymore ??". Well !!, I remind you that until recently you were begging people to come in. For all this I do not recommend this shop, it goes against the professionalism of those who give all their hearts to animals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente, ho acquistato dei pesci da questo sito, ero un po' preoccupato per il trasporto, in quanto hanno trascorso una notte in qualche magazzino della UPS, ma quando è arrivato a casa il pacco sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso da come era accuratamente imballato, sicuramente comprerò ancora da voi...BRAVI!!
Highly recommend, I bought some fish from this site, I was a little worried about the transport, as they spent a night in some UPS warehouse, but when the package arrived home I was pleasantly surprised at how carefully packed it was, I will definitely buy from you again ... GOOD !!
