Il mio primo acquisto, o meglio regalo, è stato un inseparabile allevato a mano da Andrea che è vissuto la bellezza di 14 anni. Da un mesetto a questa parte ho acquistato questa stupenda Ara severa di una dolcezza infinita. Dopo l'acquisto Andrea è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi genere di domanda o incertezza: è il primo ad interessarsi della buona salute dei propri animali dopo la vendita. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio e se siete alle prime armi Andrea saprà darvi tutti i consigli e la disponibilità del caso. I have been a customer for years and I can confirm that Andrea, besides being a professional in his field, is above all a great lover of animals. My first purchase, or rather gift, was an inseparable bred by hand by Andrea who lived the beauty of 14 years. For a month or so now I have purchased this wonderful severe macaw of infinite sweetness. After the purchase Andrea has always been available for any kind of question or uncertainty: he is the first to be interested in the good health of his animals after the sale. I highly recommend this shop and if you are a beginner Andrea will be able to give you all the advice and availability of the case.

Prezzo ottimo. Siamo contenti di aver trovato la "casa vacanze" perfetta per i nostri animaletti. Excellent service, the owner was kind, competent and attentive; we left our Russian hamster and our water turtle for about 15 days during the summer holidays, on our return the animals were calm and satisfied. Great price. We are happy to have found the perfect "vacation home" for our pets.

Un anno fa ormai presi due pulli di calopsite ancora da imbeccare, siccome ero alle prime armi avevo chiesto al responsabile del negozio di spiegarmi un po' come funziona. Mi spiegò come fare la pappa e fin qua apposto. Mi aveva pure detto di far loro il bagnetto se troppo sporchi di pappa, io ero ancora inesperta, di conseguenza tutto quello che mi disse per me era giusto. Mi disse pure di non preoccuparmi della temperatura e che la camera calda ormai non serviva più. Dopo due giorni iniziarono a stare male, corsi subito da un ambulatorio veterinario di emergenza con entrambi. Avevano scontrato molte cose tra cui la stasi del gozzo e una aveva pure la zampa gonfia già dal negozio. Tutto questo perché non sono rimaste nella camera calda e per colpa del bagnetto. Hanno cercato in tutti i modi di salvarli ma niente. Siccome avevo perso ben 800€ tra le due calo (200€) e il veterinario (600€) avevo deciso di passare per vie legali. Evidentemente il proprietario si spaventò e decise di regalarmene altre due. Mesi dopo scoprì che il kakariki (molto aggressivo) che mi aveva regalato era malato e aveva passato i batteri al mio altro kakariki che purtroppo se ne andò per questa cosa. Se volete acquistare animali da questo posto a vostro rischio e pericolo. Horrible experience. A year ago I got two cockatiel chicks still to be fed, as I was a beginner I asked the shop manager to explain to me how it works. He explained to me how to make baby food and right up to here. He had also told me to bathe them if they were too dirty with baby food, I was still inexperienced, consequently everything he said to me was right. He also told me not to worry about the temperature and that the hot room was no longer needed. After two days they started getting sick, I immediately ran to an emergency vet clinic with both of them. They had encountered many things including the stasis of the goiter and one even had a swollen leg already from the shop. All this because they did not stay in the warm room and because of the baby bath. They tried in every way to save them but nothing. Since I had lost a good 800 € between the two drops (200 €) and the vet (600 €) I had decided to go through legal channels. Evidently the owner was frightened and decided to give me two more. Months later he discovered that the (very aggressive) kakariki he had given me was sick and had passed the bacteria to my other kakariki who sadly left for this thing. If you want to buy animals from this place at your own risk.
