★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un preliminare di vendita a metà settembre condizionato all'ottenimento del mutuo da parte del compratore. Quest'ultimo mi ha garantito di avere una predilibera positiva. Nonostante mille solleciti e richieste, anche alla banca, la delibera è arrivata solo a fine dicembre 2020 ed io ho.potuto vendere solo il 22 gennaio 2021, esattamente 4 mesi dopo il preliminare. Intanto ho perso tante occasioni per acquistare a mia volta. Il compratore mi ha detto che non ci sono stati problemi mentre la banca ha fatto muro alle mie richieste di sapere solo lo stato dell'istruttoria. Vi consiglio di fare attenzione e farvi mettere per iscritto i tempi per l'ottenimento del.mutuo.

Mai più sentita..vorrei dire: L'educazione prima di tutto .
