Nonostante io sia in zona Valpolicella sono stati tempestivi ma soprattutto onesti nel consigliare adeguatamente su quanto era opportuno fare per risolvere. Tecnico cortese, educato e professionale. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE !!! Ci ha sparato un prezzo rincarato del 100% essendo a conoscenza del costo dei pezzi, visto che un mio parente fa il vostro stesso lavoro. Inoltre la caldaia che mi hanno suggerito ha avuto bisogno di un solo intervento straordinario in 10 anni risolto in breve tempo, giusto quello per reperire il pezzo di ricambio. Forse sono stato fortunato a non aver avuto altre malfunzioni o forse ho fatto bene ad affidargli la manutenzione programmata fin dall'inizio. Il personale è serio e puntuale, in particolare la responsabile degli appuntamenti ha sempre una soluzione che accontenta tutti e ,cosa rara di questi tempi ,lo fa in maniera gentile ed educata. Problema risolto in tempo record visto anche il periodo natalizio. Devo dire che è stato puntuale, professionale, disponibile ed efficiente, inoltre si è preoccupato di verificare tutta la documentazione precedente indicandomi quale tenere e quale no, risparmiandomi un bel po' di scartoffie. Ho segnalato all'ufficio il mio feedback e ho ricevuto una piacevole email di ringraziamento con tanto di auguri di buone feste. Ve li consiglio vivamente.
