People available and very competent. We have replaced the boiler with them. The intervention was urgent and within a very short time they fixed everything. They went out more than once, keeping the final price unchanged, which is no small feat. Very recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non sono rimasta per nulla contenta del servizio....l'operaio quando se nè andato per il servizio di pulizia ordinaria annuale mi aveva assicurato che sarebbe ritornato a sostituire due pezzi che non aveva con se! a precisa domanda mi ha risposto che non vi sarebbe stato nulla da pagare invece la segreteria mi ha preventivato un costo di ulteriori 80€. Inoltre mi è stato sottoposto un contratto di assistenza triennale con la precisazione che avrei potuto recedere quando volevo anche prima della scadenza ma giuridicamente purtroppo non è così...quindi state all'occhio su quel che vi dicono e verificatelo sempre!
I was not at all happy with the service .... the worker when he left for the annual ordinary cleaning service had assured me that he would return to replace two pieces that he did not have with him! to a specific question he replied that there would be nothing to pay but the secretariat estimated a cost of an additional 80 €. In addition, a three-year assistance contract was submitted to me with the clarification that I could withdraw when I wanted even before the deadline but legally unfortunately it is not so ... so keep an eye on what they tell you and always check it!

Excellent service. Competent, prepared, punctual, kind and polite people. The installation work took place on schedule. When there was a small problem with the air conditioning system it was solved in a very short time. Company highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho dato peso solo all’apparenza ed alla fine ho scoperto una realtà diversa. Mi sono trovato ad affrontare una situazione che ha comportato lunghi e pesanti disagi per le avarie alla caldaia di riscaldamento con ulteriori quanto inattese spese conseguenti agli impianti predisposti. Una brutta, bruttissima esperienza che ha determinato la mia ferma decisione di rivolgermii altrove per le prossime necessità.
Unfortunately, I only gave weight to appearance and in the end I discovered a different reality. I found myself facing a situation that involved long and heavy inconveniences due to breakdowns in the heating boiler with further unexpected costs resulting from the predisposed systems. A bad, very bad experience that determined my firm decision to go elsewhere for the next needs.
