★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quasi tutte le recensioni (forse tutte) che ho letto in google sciaguratamente ho appurato che sono false (Maria Coltro è una loro dipendente e carlo dall'occhio è il titolare tanto per citarne due) e molte altre sono fatte da loro affiliati.
Ad ogni modo, ho affidato a Speedcasa la ristrutturazione di un intero immobile, è stato un incubo.
Tralasciando l'inadeguatezza della direzione lavori (a dire il vero inesistente) tutte le maestranze utilizzate in cantiere, ad eccezione del pavimentista e degli elettricisti, si sono rivelate un vero disastro.
I muratori senza strumenti e attrezzature adeguate, (non avevano neppure un furgone) hanno dovuto utilizzare per tutta la durata del cantiere le mie scale, le mie prolunghe e tanto altro.
Il cantiere si è mostrato sporco e disordinato per il suo intero svolgimento e il capo mastro dei muratori, con evidenti problemi di ignota natura che lo spingevano a disertare continuamente il cantiere, lasciava in continua difficoltà i suoi in balia degli eventi.
Tempi assolutamente non rispettati il cantiere sarebbe dovuto terminare il 15 novembre ma ad oggi ancora l'idraulico deve terminare i suoi lavori.
Non consiglio speedcasa per una grossa ristrutturazione, forse per qualche rifacimento di un bagno o poca roba ma non certo per una ristrutturazione di un intero immobile.

Almost all the reviews (perhaps all) that I have read in google unfortunately have ascertained that they are false (Maria Coltro is their employee and carlo from the eye is the owner just to name two) and many others are made by their affiliates.
Anyway, I entrusted Speedcasa with the renovation of an entire property, it was a nightmare.
Leaving aside the inadequacy of the works management (actually non-existent) all the workers used on the construction site, with the exception of the flooring and electricians, have proved to be a real disaster.
The masons without adequate tools and equipment, (they didn't even have a van) had to use my stairs, my extensions and much more for the duration of the construction site.
The construction site proved to be dirty and disordered for its entire development and the master builder of the masons, with obvious problems of unknown nature that pushed him to continuously desert the construction site, left his own in constant difficulty at the mercy of events.
Times absolutely not respected the construction site should have ended on November 15th but to this day the plumber still has to finish his work.
I do not recommend speedcasa for a major renovation, perhaps for some renovation of a bathroom or a few things, but certainly not for a renovation of an entire property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2016 ho ristrutturato completamento il bagno: oltre ai sanitari è stato sostituito anche tutto l'impianto idraulico che presentava forti criticità perché ormai vecchio, cambiare le tubature è stata la parte più difficile dell'intervento ma grazie a Sonia il problema è stato risolto prontamente senza alcun ritardo sui tempi di consegna previsti e nessun costo aggiuntivo.
Che dire? Grazie Speed casa per l'ottimo lavoro.
In 2016 I completely renovated the bathroom: in addition to the sanitary fixtures, the entire plumbing system was also replaced, which had serious problems because by now old, changing the pipes was the most difficult part of the intervention but thanks to Sonia the problem was solved promptly without any delay on expected delivery times and no additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con Spped casa ho veramente cambiato verso al mio appartamento. Partito da un vecchio anni '60 in un palazzo ben messo, grazie ai loro suggerimenti il risultato è di alta qualità. Rifatti pavimenti, impianto idraulico, impianto elettrico, sanitari, posizionamento cucina, infissi, isolamento acustico della camera da letto. Il tutto aveva bisogno di un sacco di artigiani diversi, ho apprezzato proprio il loro coordinamento e la loro scelta. Il poco di più pagato non valeva certo il mio tempo nel fare il capo cantiere e il loro coordinatore. Che poi non è certo il mio mestiere. Mi ha fatto piacere che quando gli ho chiesto spiegazioni sulle scelte tecniche per gli isolamenti si sono prodigati a spiegarle in termini accessibili e come le mie esigenze erano state tradotte in scelte costruttive e di materiali. Tempi slittati di soli 10 giorni rispetto alle primissime valutazioni ma sia sa che in edilizia o strapaghi o i tempi non sono mai certi. Sopratutto se trovi un tubo marcio da cambiare che il precente proprietario dava come aggiustato. Grazie Carlo e Matteo e buon lavoro!
With Spped home I really changed to my apartment. Started from an old 60's in a well placed building, thanks to their suggestions the result is of high quality. Redone floors, plumbing, electrical system, bathroom fixtures, kitchen positioning, fixtures, bedroom soundproofing. The whole thing needed a lot of different craftsmen, I really appreciated their coordination and their choice. The little more paid was certainly not worth my time in being the site manager and their coordinator. Which is certainly not my job. I was pleased that when I asked him for explanations on the technical choices for the insulation they went out of their way to explain them in accessible terms and how my needs had been translated into constructive and material choices. Times shifted by only 10 days compared to the very first evaluations but both knows that in construction or overpaid or the times are never certain. Especially if you find a rotten tube to change that the previous owner gave as fixed. Thanks Carlo and Matteo and good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto parte come artigiano per alcune collaborazioni ad una ristrutturazione dopo gli acconti iniziali al saldo finale dei lavori, ad oggi non sono stato pagato . I lavori sono stati eseguiti in modo corretto senza contestazione però loro non pagano,da contratto il saldo avviene dopo 10gg termine lavori sono passati ben tre mesi ma nulla sarò costretto ha rivolgermi ad un legale questa è l’Italia dei furbetti comunque fate attenzione a mettervi nelle mani di questa agenzia.
