Dopo 10 giorni di diatribe ritorno la merce con il diritto di recesso accordato. Ci hanno messo altri 60 giorni per farmi il bonifico. Nel ritirare la porta hanno danneggiato il soffitto. Sto ancora aspettando la ditta incaricata da loro per il ripristino. Ho degli amici che hanno avuto disservizi anche peggiori. Da evitare per quanto mi riguarda
From personal experience, dear, unprofessional, after ordering a door, it arrived after 60 days completely different, although I was guaranteed that it was the same as those already in my possession. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandati in questo negozio da un ben nota ed importante azienda di arredo bagno , come negozio specializzato nei loro prodotti , ci siamo presenti con appuntamento trovando di fronte purtroppo una commessa se pur gentile non preparata sul prodotto da noi cercato e per lo più non pronta ne con catalogo (a suo dire non aggiornato) , ne disponibile a visitare il sito dedicato ,
Non ci siamo trovati per nulla a nostro agio , avevamo un appuntamento che è iniziato con 15 minuti di ritardo ,cosa che può capitare e non è metro di giudizio , ma la nostra interlocutrice era frettolosa e non concentrata sulle nostra idee , chiaramente con i pensieri da qualche altra parte , ci ha liquidati frettolosamente mandandoci a casa per fare chiarezza sul nostro progetto che invece posso assicurare lo è ben chiaro , probabilmente pensando al prossimo imminente appuntamento .
Tra le altre mi è stato avvisato che il preventivo durerà almeno 2 settimane per averlo ,e stiamo parlando di un unico prodotto non di un bagno intero , aspetteremo e concorderemo un altro appuntamento sperando vada un po' meglio .
