★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più , hanno fatto un portoncino per la mia casa, la garanzia era di due anni, dopo un anno li ho contattati numerose volte sia per mail che telefonicamente, chiedendo di venire a regolare la porta che si era disallineata, non si sono mai fatti ne' sentire, ne' vedere. Un pessimo servizio
Never again, they made a door for my house, the guarantee was two years, after a year I contacted them numerous times both by email and by telephone, asking to come and adjust the door that was misaligned, they never made neither hear nor see. A bad service

Ho chiesto di fare una finestra per casa, sono venuti a prendere le misure, mi hanno preparato il telaio che avrei dovuto montare da sola ( ma perché???)Arrivano e la misura è sbagliata. Pretendevano che rompessi 10cm di muro per farla stare e quando gli ho detto che se avevano sbagliato dovevano rifarla scocciati mi rispondono che ormai avevano già fatto la finestra e che devono buttare via tutto il lavoro
Finalmente dopo altre due settimane mi consegnano il telaio che ho dovuto arrangiarmi a montarlo e quando sono venuti con la finestra mi dicono che ho sbagliato ad installarlo per cui ho dovuto rompere di nuovo il muro. Hanno montato la finestra e quando ho chiesto se potevano farmi dei profilati per nascondere la parte di muro attorno alla finestra mi hanno risposto che la mia casa era troppo distante da loro ed era difficile arrivarci (abito in periferia a Trieste)

Never again! I asked to make a window for the house, they came to take the measurements, they prepared the frame that I would have to assemble by myself (but why ???) They arrive and the measurement is wrong. They demanded that I break 10cm of the wall to make it stay and when I told them that if they had made a mistake they had to do it again annoyed they answer me that by now they had already made the window and that they must throw away all the work
Finally after another two weeks they give me the frame that I had to arrange to mount it and when they came with the window they tell me that I was wrong to install it so I had to break the wall again. They mounted the window and when I asked if they could make me some profiles to hide the part of the wall around the window they replied that my house was too far from them and it was difficult to get there (I live in the suburbs of Trieste)
