★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A luglio io e mio marito ci siamo presentati in sede ed abbiamo chiesto un preventivo per 1 porta blindata, 5 porte per interno ed 1 porta scorrevole in vetro. Dopo 2 o 3 solleciti, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto il preventivo. Ovviamente e purtroppo cercheremo altrove, se ho problemi per un preventivo, non voglio neanche pensare per il resto.
 In July my husband and I went to the office and asked for a quote for 1 security door, 5 internal doors and 1 sliding glass door. After 2 or 3 reminders, we have not yet received the quote. Obviously and unfortunately we will look elsewhere, if I have problems for a quote, I don't even want to think about the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non entro nel merito della qualità dei lavori, per altro, mai eseguiti. Indecente, invece, il trattamento ricevuto dopo la consegna dell'incompleto preventivo. Inutile attesa di tre settimane, nonostante le promesse verbali e i solleciti, anche scritti. Tutto questo in linea con altre esperienze negative testimoniate in altre recensioni. Complimenti!
I do not enter into the merits of the quality of the work, however, never performed. On the other hand, the treatment received after the delivery of the incomplete estimate is indecent. Useless waiting for three weeks, despite verbal promises and reminders, even written ones. All this in line with other negative experiences witnessed in other reviews. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggendo le recensioni posso constatare che certi comportamenti della Central Serramenti sono lo standard. A gennaio 2021 ci siamo recati per avere un preventivo di sostituzione di tutti i serramenti. Dopo un mese il sopraluogo e da li in poi un susseguirsi di telefonate e email con promesse tra un ora mando tutto, solo che sono passati 4 mesi e ancora siamo ad aspettare. Solo dopo un vigorosa protesta è arrivato, peraltro incompleto, pertanto abbiamo deciso di cercare altrove. Se la qualità dei serramenti è simile alla qualità della parola data, meglio stare lontani.
Reading the reviews I can see that certain behaviors of Central Serramenti are the standard. In January 2021 we went to get a quote for the replacement of all the windows. After a month the inspection and from then on a succession of phone calls and emails with promises in an hour I send everything, only 4 months have passed and we are still waiting. Only after a vigorous protest did it arrive, however incomplete, so we decided to look elsewhere. If the quality of the windows is similar to the quality of your word, it is better to stay away.
