Pessimo servizio, rispondono ai clienti che essendo una grande azienda devono seguire delle procedure e nn riescono a spedire urgentemente due scatole di piastrelle. Inoltre il pigmento rispetto alla consegna di 10 gg prima non è uguale.

Si mi dice, però sarebbe meglio spostarsi a Mogliano e chiedere del sign. Nicola. Li chiamo e chiedo di Nicola che purtroppo mi dice non avere il prezzo nel database ma che mi avrebbe richiamato per comunicarmelo. Tempo un ora mi richiama e mi dice il prezzo, le tempistiche e modalità di consegna. Per farla breve: ordinati e ritirati in pochissimo tempo. Non era un caso se l'agente me l'aveva consigliato. Complimenti a Nicola, veramente un professionista nel suo campo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto consulenza per montaggio canna fumaria stufa a Pellet .La prima volta ho portato le misure e mi è stato fatto un preventivo, poi sono ritornato perché ho dovuto cambiare il tracciato della canna fumaria per esigenze della stufa, e quindi ulteriore preventivo.Mi è stato fatto il disegno tecnico con misure , e pezzi dettagliati, in ordine di montaggio!! Che dire, il mio referente è stato Nicola, persona disponibilissima e competente, sono stato seguito in modo impeccabile, il materiale è arrivato in 3 giorni , di ottima qualità !! Sicuramente se avrò bisogno ritornerò!! Grazie Nicola!

Normale che dopo meno di due anni un rubinetto si guasti ? Beh certo può succedere e magari è solo un po’ di calcare... certo è che garanzia / supporto post-vendita non ne abbiamo visto.
Meglio rivolgersi a produttori che offrono un servizio duraturo
