★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta di piastrelle, arredi bagno e infissi. Show room enorme dove è impossibile non scegliere nulla. Consigliato se ci si trova in fase di ristrutturazione.
Wide choice of tiles, bathroom furnishings and fixtures. Huge showroom where it is impossible not to choose anything. Recommended if you are undergoing renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande scelta di materiale non mi piace xche hai poco tempo a disposizione per scegliere anche se hai un appuntamento ti danno un range di tempo quindi devi tornare se non hai fatto tutto. Va capito poi il preventivo xche alla fine dei conti non vedo il risparmio.
Great choice of material I don't like because you have little time to choose even if you have an appointment they give you a range of time so you have to come back if you haven't done everything. The estimate must then be understood xche at the end of the day I do not see the savings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con questa recensione spero di riuscire a salvare un po’ di persone. EVITATE questo posto. Sono rivenditori che non conoscono i prodotti che propongono, nonostante non siano a buon mercato. I commerciali fanno perdere settimane per semplici risposte. Servizio clienti inesistente, non rispondono mai. La professionalità non la troverete mai da loro, quindi evitateli se ci tenete alla vostra salute mentale.
With this review I hope to be able to save some people. AVOID this place. They are retailers who do not know the products they offer, even though they are not cheap. Commercials waste weeks on simple answers. Customer service nonexistent, they never respond. You will never find professionalism with them, so avoid them if you care about your mental health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bene il servizio vendita e montaggio, molto MALE il post-vendita e assistenza cliente.
Dopo 5 mesi dall'installazione della cucina, pagata tutta in anticipo poco più di 10k, si verifica un piccolo scollamento di una mensola-top sotto una finestra. Dopo oltre un mese e un appuntamento bucato, il servizio post-vendita non è ancora riuscito a sistemare il disguido ne tantomeno fissare l'appuntamento.
Servizio post-vendita, purtroppo, non reperibile ed insufficiente. Ci si aspettava qualcosa di meglio...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande esposizione, ma non eccessiva, con prodotti di qualità medio alta. Ho acquistato da Soa Casa due cucine e mobili bagno appena installati. Per le cucine sono stata seguita da Giuseppe molto professionale, preciso e accurato. Per i mobili bagno da Manuela, anche Lei mi ha dato ottimi consigli. Le consegne sono state puntualissime addirittura in anticipo cosa non usuale di questi tempi. Simona che è stata il mio interlocutore per l'organizzazione delle consegne e delle pose molto efficiente. Bravissimi anche Andrea ed i suoi collaboratori addetti al montaggio, effettuato a regola d’arte.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!
Great exposure, but not excessive, with medium-high quality products. I bought two newly installed kitchens and bathroom furniture from Soa Casa. For the kitchens I was followed by Giuseppe very professional, precise and accurate. She also gave me excellent advice for bathroom furniture at Manuela. Deliveries were punctual even in advance which is not usual these days. Simona who was my very efficient interlocutor for the organization of deliveries and poses. Andrea and his collaborators in charge of the assembly, carried out in a workmanlike manner, are also very good.
Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
