Ho visitato certi lavori fatti da AGS spa e PESSINA spa perché volevo rimodernare alcuni dei miei hotel e vedendo il risultato di certe ristrutturazioni a igea marina , Riccione e san Mauro mare in romagna ho propio cambiato idea .
Abitando in riviera ho avuto modo di vedere con interesse queste famose pareti ventilate , quindi mi sono presentato ai titolari di questi hotel e villaggi e ditte che hanno aderito a questo bonus per avere informazioni su un loro pensiero sui lavori e vedendo il risultato , mi vergogno per loro . Ebbene sì parliamo di strutture con una carta d’identità verso il cliente ( che e la faccia dell’hotel ) con un biglietto da visita veramente vergognoso…..

I am amazed how a company like this can deceive customers and the state, I say this because as it boasts it works with 90/110 bonuses and you know it pays the state.
I visited certain works done by AGS spa and PESSINA spa because I wanted to modernize some of my hotels and seeing the result of certain renovations in igea marina, Riccione and san Mauro mare in Romagna, I just changed my mind.
Living on the Riviera I got to see these famous ventilated walls with interest, so I introduced myself to the owners of these hotels and villages and companies that have joined this bonus to get information on their thoughts on the works and seeing the result, I am ashamed for them . Yes, we are talking about structures with an identity card towards the customer (who is the face of the hotel) with a truly shameful business card ... ..
