★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima alternativa a Bricoman ma più facilmente raggiungibile perché tutte le sedi sono in città. Non è dedicato ai professionisti ma solo all'hobbista e alla sistemazione della casa. La convenienza dei prezzi oscilla molto a seconda dell'articolo.
Excellent alternative to Bricoman but more easily accessible because all the locations are in the city. It is not dedicated to professionals but only to the hobbyist and home arrangement. The convenience of prices fluctuates a lot depending on the article.

Mi reco al negozio per esporre il problema e un cafone mi risponde che la ditta che lo ha fabbricato non esiste più, che è fallita e non può farci nulla. Ora dico, l'acquisto l'ho fatto da loro o dalla ditta di cui dicono? Il cafone ha pure aggiunto che se c'è la guerra non è colpa sua.
I had bought a wall unit and after a few months it had rusted. I go to the shop to explain the problem and a peasant replies that the company that made it no longer exists, that it has gone bankrupt and cannot do anything about it. Now I say, did I purchase it from them or from the company they say about? The peasant also added that if there is war it is not his fault.

Non sono ancora stato agli altri punti vendita, ma in quello di Viale Monza, mi sono trovato molto bene!
Personale paziente e gentile, in particolare il Sig. Sergio che oltre a darmi validi consigli d'acquisto, è stato molto disponibile occupandosi dei miei ordini online e aiutandomi a caricare un collo pesante in macchina (e questo io non do per scontato).
Era anche un esperto di Brasile (il mio Paese d'origine) e questo mi ha fatto molto piacere!
Negozio molto ben distribuito, grande diversità di articoli di arredamento, fai-da-te, parcheggio sempre disponibile e servizio clienti molto preparati!
Che dire? Non posso altro che fare i complimenti e consigliare a tutti questo negozio!

Awesome! A very valid alternative to competitors.
I haven't been to the other stores yet, but in Viale Monza, I found myself very well!
Patient and kind staff, in particular Mr. Sergio who, in addition to giving me valid purchase advice, was very helpful in taking care of my online orders and helping me to load a heavy package in the car (and I don't take this for granted).
He was also an expert on Brazil (my home country) and this made me very happy!
Very well distributed shop, great diversity of furniture items, do-it-yourself, always available parking and very knowledgeable customer service!
What to say? I can only congratulate and recommend this shop to everyone!
