★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, abbiamo ordinato un bancale di uso disgelo che serviva per il suolo pubblico e non per uso privato e ci hanno fornito un bancale di sale cosí fino che i sacchi sembravano dei sassi inutilizzabili. Era talmente fino, quindi non adatto all'uso con lo spargi sale meccanico, che abbiamo dovuto sminuzzarlo con una mazzetta e spargerlo a mano. Questo avveniva durante le copiose nevicate dell'08 dicembre e le zone da trattare erano grandi superfici e non il vialetto di casa. Quando abbiamo fatto una piccola battuta sull'accaduto in negozio, ci è stato risposto: Tu hai chiesto sale e sale ti abbiamo dato. Ciò che voglio sottolineare è che era stato specificato l'uso che dovevamo farne. Sicuramente non ci serviva per cucinare la pasta! E comunque la nostra era una battuta e quella del commesso una rispostaccia. Forse è il caso di ridimensionarsi e trattare meglio il cliente
Hello, we ordered a thaw-use pallet that was used for public land and not for private use and they provided us with a pallet of salt so until the bags looked like unusable stones. It was so fine, therefore not suitable for use with the mechanical salt spreader, that we had to chop it up with a wad and spread it by hand. This occurred during the heavy snowfalls of 8 December and the areas to be treated were large surfaces and not the driveway. When we made a little joke about what happened in the shop, we were told: You asked for salt and we gave you salt. What I want to emphasize is that the use we were to make of it was specified. We certainly didn't need it to cook pasta! And in any case ours was a joke and that of the clerk a bad response. Maybe it's time to downsize and treat the customer better
