★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sollevato da altri utenti devo riportare la scortesia del personale impiegato. Ovviamente non è mai da generalizzare, ma qualcosa che non va c'e avendo riscontrato la cosa in più occasioni. Peccato perché da altri punti di vista il negozio è un buon rifermento.
 As relieved by other reviewers I have to report the rudeness of the staff employed. Obviously it is never to generalize, but something is wrong there having found the thing on several occasions. Too bad because from other points of view the shop is a good reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato in passato armadietto con due ante; al montaggio mancava un'anta. È stata fatta richiesta ma dell'anta poi nessuna notizia (sono passati 6 anni) nonostante sollecitazioni e richieste.
Acquistato poi un portasapone da doccia incollabile al muro. Montato in ritardo di valcuni mesi causa trasloco, mancava di alcuni pezzi per chiudere i pomelli, quindi non incollabile. Riconsegnato con scontrino al direttore: lo scontrino è troppo vecchio, il fornitore non risponde di difetto oltre gli 8 giorni dalla vendita. Il direttore della sede Brico di Belluno di cui purtroppo non ho il piacere di conoscere il nome "se ne farà una ragione di eventuali lamentele o segnalazioni". Da più di un mese si è fatto una ragione di tutto e non mi ha fatto sapere più nulla. Attendo con ansia novità in bene o in male. Mi accontento anche dei dati anagrafici del direttore.

Purchased in the past cabinet with two doors; assembly was missing a door. A request was made but then no news of the door (6 years have passed) despite solicitations and requests.
Then purchased a shower soap dish that can be glued to the wall. Assembled a few months late due to relocation, it lacked some pieces to close the knobs, so it cannot be glued. Returned with receipt to the manager: the receipt is too old, the supplier is not liable for defects beyond 8 days from the sale. The director of the Brico di Belluno office, whose name unfortunately I don't have the pleasure of knowing, "will make a reason for any complaints or reports". For more than a month he has come to terms with everything and hasn't let me know anything more. I look forward to news for better or for worse. I am also satisfied with the personal data of the director.
