Wir möchten die Firma nicht schlecht aussehen lassen. Unser System m 50 ist nach 2 Jahren kaputt gegangen.Wir haben um Hilfe bzw. Um Unterstützung gebeten, aber wir haben keine vom Hersteller bekommen. Das ist eine Frechheit wenn die Firma mit Zuverlässigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft wirbt . (Bei uns ist eine Plastikführungsschiene kaputt gegangen. Welche kostet paar Euro, aber der Hersteller wollte uns die komplette Schiene andrehen die Kostet ca.1,200 Euro das ist Grad nicht wenig für eine kleine Führungsschiene. ) Das ist doch nicht wahr das man uns nicht die Information geben möchte wo man eine Führungsschiene kaufen kann .
