★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi con mio marito verso le 15,30 siamo passati per acquistare un piatto e box doccia. Dopo aver fatto un giro abbiamo atteso con pazienza che qualcuno ci desse qualche info. Dopo mezz’ora di attesa ci siamo avvicinati chiedendo a chi dovevamo rivolgerci…risposta “mi scusi sono al telefono” ….
Dopo un altra mezz’ora abbiamo deciso di uscire.
Spero sia stato solo un caso.
Today with my husband around 3.30 pm we went to buy a shower tray and box. After taking a tour we waited patiently for someone to give us some info. After half an hour of waiting we approached and asked who we should contact ... answer "I'm sorry, I'm on the phone" ....
After another half hour we decided to go out.
I hope it was just a coincidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto al personale di questo negozio per l’acquisto di rivestimenti, sanitari completi per due bagni e una decina di porte interne.
Il livello di qualità e scelta del materiale è molto buono.
Purtroppo il livello del personale interno varia da situazione a situazione.
Parlando delle piastrelle non potrò mai finire di ringraziare il lavoro professionale fatto da Mirco Brussolo. Una persona attenta, precisa, cordiale, che ha saputo dedicarci il giusto tempo e consigliarci con molto gusto sul risultato finale.
Ha inoltre praticamente risolto la scelta delle porte solo facendoci camminare nel reparto, risolvendo con poche parole i nostri dubbi sulla scelta del modello e dei colori.
Nel reparto sanitari siamo stati seguiti con molto meno entusiasmo, il che si è risolto in un preventivo caotico e la scelta per un altro fornitore.
Nel reparto porte segnalo con estrema delusione il loro venditore Pierino, un’esperienza di acquisto tremenda. Introvabile al cellulare, tempi lunghi, sopralluogo disordinato, poca attenzione ai dettagli, di una vaghezza disarmante. Il che si è tradotto in un’installazione complicata per gli artigiani (molto bravi), che non avevano ricevuto indicazioni chiare in partenza.
Avremmo potuto acquistare il triplo della merce acquistata, ma avremmo anche potuto andarcene senza nulla.
Gli acquisti fatti lo sono stati in fiducia dell’ottimo lavoro di Mirco e del loro postvendita amministrativo.

Speaking of tiles, I will never be able to finish thanking the professional work done by Mirco Brussolo. An attentive, precise, friendly person, who was able to dedicate the right time to us and advise us with great taste on the final result.
He also practically solved the choice of doors only by making us walk in the department, solving in a few words our doubts about the choice of model and colors.
In the healthcare department we were followed with much less enthusiasm, which resulted in a chaotic quote and the choice for another supplier.
In the doors department, I report with extreme disappointment their salesman Pierino, a tremendous shopping experience. Impossible to find on the mobile phone, long times, messy inspection, little attention to detail, a disarming vagueness. This resulted in a complicated installation for the (very good) craftsmen, who had not received clear indications from the start.
We could have bought three times as much merchandise, but we could also have left with nothing.
The purchases made were based on the confidence of Mirco's excellent work and their administrative after-sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ieri sera 31/03/22 sono stato per un preventivo di un VELUX mi hanno risposto che il tecnico era in ferie e finché non tornava dalle ferie non erano in grado di farmi un preventivo. Alla fine ho risolto il problema andando in un'altro punto vendita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati per vedere degli specchi per un bagno, dopo aver girato un quarto d'ora una inserviente ci ha chiesto cosa desideravamo, abbiamo chiesto il prezzo di uno specchio, dopo 5 minuti è tornata e ci ha fornito il prezzo. Alle richiesta di un altra informazione su un altro articolo ci è stato chiesto di prendere un appuntamento che ci avrebbe assistito un venditore. Contrariato sono uscito dal negozio. Non è possibile che per sapere dei prezzi si debba prendere un appuntamento, in questo modo sono riusciti a farmi fare l'acquisto da un altro fornitore.
