★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio di casalinghi. Si trova di tutto. Ci sono pochi negozi ormai così. Dalla ferramenta ai colori ai bastoni per le tende, alle tosaerba, alle pentole e padelle, ai vasi....e potrei continuare all'infinito...bel negozio.
 Great homeware shop. You can find everything. There are few shops like this now. From hardware to colors to curtain rods, to lawnmowers, to pots and pans, to vases .... and I could go on and on ... nice shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualsiasi cosa serva qui la trovo!! Non ho mai fatto fatica nel farmi seguire da un commesso e li ho sempre trovati super preparati. Nelle zone di san dona’ è sicuramente il miglior negozio di ferramenta!!
Whatever is needed here I find it !! I have never struggled to be followed by a salesman and I have always found them super prepared. In the san dona area it is certainly the best hardware store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio di per sè è ben rifornito anche se troppo caro. Ma il vero problema non è nemmeno questo, bensì l' antipatia e l' indisponenza di chi lo gestisce! E dando una veloce letta alle altre recensioni mi pare sia un' opinione comune! Zero assistenza e cura del cliente, personale poco professionale e per nulla servizievole, a partire dal TITOLARE (a dir poco scortese e maleducato) che tutto dovrebbe fare, tranne che stare a contatto col pubblico! Con la concorrenza che c' è al giorno d' oggi se non si ha cura del cliente si ha vita breve. Dunque SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!
CONSIGLIO SPASSIONATO invece: anzichè ribattere inutilmente alle cattive recensioni che le vengono fatte, impieghi le sue energie a migliorare i suoi rapporti col pubblico e a migliorare il suo servizio clienti!!! Saluti
The shop itself is well stocked but overpriced. But the real problem is not even this, but the antipathy and the annoyance of those who manage it! And giving a quick read to the other reviews I think it's a common opinion! Zero assistance and customer care, unprofessional and not at all helpful staff, starting with the OWNER (to say the least rude and rude) who should do everything, except stay in contact with the public! With the competition that exists today, if you don't take care of the customer, you have a short life. Therefore NOT RECOMMENDED!
SPASSIONATE ADVICE instead: instead of uselessly replying to the bad reviews that are made, use your energy to improve your relations with the public and to improve your customer service !!! Greetings

I always find good products, the prices are right for product quality. It wouldn't hurt a little courtesy at the cash desk, the hardware clerks always available.
