Cordialità SOLO prima di aver acquistato, nozioni tecniche rivelatesi nulle(infatti avete sbagliato il conteggio delle piastrelle), servizio post vendita inesistente( per un errore del Vostro responsabile di sede mi sono rivolto direttamente alla sede centrale la quale non ha fatto altro che farmi contattare direttamente dallo stesso responsabile della sede e con il quale mi ero già confrontato), qualità dei materiali venduti scarsa. Avete solo il prezzo.
Oltretutto il cliente per il quale ho fatto il lavoro si è rivolto nuovamente al Vostro negozio (ovviamente non ascoltando il mio consiglio di andare altrove) per acquistare altro materiale e il responsabile cosa fa'? SI RIFIUTA DI PARLACI ASSIEME!!!!ASSURDO!!!

You only have the price.
Moreover, the customer for whom I did the work has turned back to your shop (obviously not listening to my advice to go elsewhere) to buy more material and what does the manager do? REFUSES TO TALK TO US TOGETHER !!!! ABSURD !!!

In primis i due ragazzi Marco ed Enrico, oltre ad essere molto preparati, sono sempre gentili e soprattutto disponibili.
Secondo punto: lo storno. Ho effettuato diversi pagamenti con conseguente storno. L'unica azienda ad aver provveduto ad effettuare lo storno il giorno dopo la ricevuta del bonifico è stata Iperceramica.
Non è piacevole dover chiamare per chiedere di essere restituiti i propri soldi.
