Ho chiamato per un problema alla mia stufa e sono stato liquidato con un semplicissimo "non dipende dalla stufa" ZERO serietà ZERO disponibilità ZERO IN TUTTO.......SCONSIGLIATO AL 100% Se siete proprio con l'acqua alla gola chiamateli ma vi faccio TANTI TANTI AUGURI
Given the reviews I will not say anything new .... I called for a problem with my stove and I was dismissed with a very simple "does not depend on the stove" ZERO seriousness ZERO availability ZERO IN ALL ....... NOT RECOMMENDED FOR 100 % If you are with the water in the throat call them but I do MANY MANY BEST WISHES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPRESSIONANTE!!! con assistenza in 24h garantita dopo 8gg ancora non mi sanno dire di che morte morire, anzi devo attendere una loro telefonata il giorno prima che si degnino di venire.. E se il giorno dopo non ci fossi?? Mi risp. "è allora la rimettiamo in attesa del tecnico" consiglio dato che è assistenza Beko non comprate beko fin che sono loro a far assistenza. Non oso immaginare i loro servizi... . Anche scortesi....aggiornamento Oggi è il 5 novembre ancora nessuno si è fatto sentire
IMPRESSIVE!!! with 24 hour assistance guaranteed after 8 days I still can't tell what death to die, in fact I have to wait for their phone call the day before they deign to come .. Called about an oven problem and my problem was resolved in less than 24 hours. They changed the piece that was broken. The technician was professional and very courteous.
