Positive experience, the managers are very knowledgeable and competent, I left at their always quiet Numa facility because I knew it would be treated like home .Available and very honest rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, ho scelto di dare una sola stella perché penso che una struttura preposta all'accoglienza dei nostri figli pelosi debba esserlo a 360°, senza esclusione di casi. Così come succede per noi esseri umani, anche gli animali possono aver subito dei traumi e pertanto essere più fragili o meno gestibili. Noi nello specifico siamo genitori di due meticci di taglia piccola (mamma e figlio). Il maschio è stato morso all'occhio destro, perdendo tragicamente la vista. Da quel momento è cambiato tantissimo, diventando molto reattivo al guinzaglio verso cani e persone. Quando abbiamo telefonato per capire se ci fosse un modo per poter lasciare i due pelosi presso la vostra struttura avete immediatamente negato tale possibilità senza neanche dirci di provare a portare i cani in struttura e vedere un attimo la situazione, magari cercando di lavorare su un percorso di adattamento o riabilitazione.
Hello, I chose to give a single star because I think that a structure responsible for the reception of our furry children should be at 360 °, without exception. Just as happens to us humans, animals also may have suffered trauma and thus be more fragile or less manageable. We specifically are the parents of two mestizos of small size (mother and son). The male was bitten to the right eye, tragically losing his sight. Since that time it has changed a lot, becoming very responsive on dogs and people on a leash. When we phoned to find out if there was a way to leave the two furry at your facility, you immediately denied this possibility without even telling us to try to bring the dogs into the structure and see the situation for a moment, maybe trying to work on a path of adaptation or rehabilitation.

There is no better place where I could leave my German shepherd. The kindness, professionalism and love of the owners towards my dog has been immense. He did not find a pension, but a family. Thanks also from Charly
