ritornata nel punto vendita, la commessa è stata carina e cortese!
dicembre 2020:
Ottimi prodotti ma le commesse lasciano a desiderare. Le ho contattate sta mattina e mi dicono della promozione che se si spende 59€ si ha uno sconto di 15€, perfetto essendo in isolamento mando mia madre a fare l'acquisto e loro non gli applicano lo sconto, non gli danno il regalo mostrando la mail perché a parere loro scaduta anche se su scritto "valida fino al 22 dicembre".
Chiedo di fare il reso per il servizio scadente e per tutte le varie cose che mi spettavano e mi viene detto NO, È UN SUO PROBLEMA, NON MIO CHE LAVORO.
Perfetto sappiate che non si lavora così.

presso questo negozio ma ho subito da parte della commessa un atteggiamento arrogante e dispotico ! Avrei preso volentieri la porta per andare via ma ero in compagnia di un’altra mia amica dove anche a lei è stato dato il benservito da questa “” signora “ rivolgendosi anche con lei in maniera sgarbata e scorbutica e con tono sgradevole
Ovviamente non entreremo mai più in questo negozio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 23 ottobre 2021 ore13,20 ho acquistato due bagnoschiuma. Uscita dal negozio mio marito mi fece notare che avevo sbagliato la profumazione e quindi rientrai immediatamente per cambiarlo, ma la commessa mi negò il cambio, dicendo che per il covid non poteva farlo perché era un prodotto non confezionato.
Mi chiedo quindi, perché mi ha venduto un prodotto non confezionato?
a questo punto chi è in difetto?
tra l'altro la commessa è stata molto sgarbata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi suggerisco di cambiare l'orario di apertura del sabato. Sabato scorso sono arrivata di fronte a questo negozio alle 14e30 e la serranda era abbassata a metà. Avevo letto che il sabato il negozio sarebbe stato aperto orario continuato e quindi ho aspettato fino alle 15e15, alla fine ho bussato e la ragazza all'interno mi ha detto che avrebbe aperto alle 16. Non potendo aspettare sono andata via ed ho solo perso tempo visto che avete comunicato un orario sbagliato.
I suggest you change the opening hours on Saturday. Last Saturday I arrived in front of this shop at 2.30pm and the shutter was half lowered. I had read that on Saturday the shop would be open all day and then I waited until 15.15, at the end I knocked and the girl inside told me that it would open at 16. Unable to wait, I left and I just wasted time since you have communicated a wrong time.
