Obiettivamente posso solo parlarne bene, perché sono stati professionali, puntuali e attenti ai particolari. Siamo stati seguiti da Giuliano, che ci ha saputo suggerire e rassicurare, ma credo che la gentilezza e la pazienza siano una marca di tutto il personale. Quindi li consiglio vivamente, oltretutto hanno prodotti di alta qualità a prezzi competitivi. I relied on this company for the purchase of a table and a sideboard. Objectively speaking, I can only speak well of them, because they were professional, punctual and attentive to details. We were followed by Giuliano, who was able to suggest and reassure us, but I believe that kindness and patience are a trademark of all the staff. So I highly recommend them, plus they have high quality products at competitive prices.

Ho conosciuto questo negozio tramite internet e, vedendo che erano in possesso di un bancone che mi interessava, decisi di contattarli. Inizialmente fu mio padre a contattarli nel mese di agosto/settembre (giù di lì) e dissero che il pancone sarebbe stato disponibile da gennaio. Decisi quindi di aspettare. A gennaio li contatto, mi accordo per il bancone e mi viene detto "3 settimane la preparazione e 1 la spedizione, quindi in 4 settimane è tuo!". Do un acconto di 300 euro e aspetto. Peccato che ogni volta che chiedessi informazioni, era sempre in ritardo di 10/15 giorni. Salta fuori che la falegnameria è chiusa da 20 giorni per covid. Ovviamente io non sono mai stato aggiornato su nulla. Ho scritto martedì, mi è stato detto "pomeriggio controllo" e non ho più ricevuto una risposta. Mai visto così poca professionalità in vita mia. Rimango sempre in attesa di una risposta. Ripeto, mi spiace dare valutazioni negative ma qui la mia esperienza rimane, mobile o meno, una delle peggiori in assoluto. AGGIORNAMENTO Sono stato ricontattato nel giro di una settimana. Mi era stato detto che volendo il mobile era pronto quindi ho deciso di accettare l'offerta di spedizione. Fortunatamente tutto perfetto, diciamo che hanno recuperato abbastanza bene! I am not used to giving negative reviews or reviews in general. But this time I don't think I can do otherwise. I wrote on Tuesday, was told "afternoon check" and never received a reply. I have never seen so little professionalism in my life. I am always waiting for an answer. Again, I'm sorry to give negative ratings but here my experience remains, mobile or not, one of the worst ever. UPDATE I was contacted within a week. I was told that if I wanted the cabinet to be ready, I decided to accept the shipping offer. Fortunately everything perfect, let's say they have recovered quite well!

Purchased two pieces of furniture, Jupiter TV cabinet and Jupiter 70 sideboard, fast shipping, obsessive packaging, furniture arrived in perfect condition. For any clarification I used whatsapp, always kind and fast. Highly recommended.

I ragazzi del negozio sono stati gentilissimi nel darmi tutte le informazioni e mandarmi qualche foto e video del mobile non potendo per lontananza andare personalmente presso lo store. Disponibilissimi anche dopo l’acquisto, li ho scritti spesso tramite whatsapp!!! Unica piccola pecca un po’ le condizioni dell’imballaggio all’arrivo e la consegna non al piano per mobili così pesanti (tre piani a piedi c’era da svenire).
