★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 20.40, volevo fare degli acquisti molto veloci data l'imminente chiusura del punto vendita alle 21.00. La commessa dichiara che il negozio era ormai chiuso e che aveva già fatto chiusura cassa puntualizzando che i negozi chiudono anche prima delle 21.00. (la serranda era ancora alzata) Mi parla con tono alquanto maleducato e sbuffa ripetutamente. Visto il mio disappunto ci ripensa e sempre sbuffando mi invita allora ad entrare e comprare. Ovviamente me ne sono andata. Complimenti per la maleducazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti top, metto una stella solo per il menefreghismo della commessa che 1 non si è degnata di girarsi quando sono entrata e 2 non si è posta minimamente il problema di chiedermi se avessi bisogno di aiuto anzi, ho dovuto chiedere IO info della promo presente in negozio...lavorare con il sorriso con il pubblico non è per tutti ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da dimenticare..mai piu in questo negozio...oggi ho avuto di nuovo la sorpresa brutta di trovare l'ignoranza e menefreghismo in questo punto vendita,poi regalino che mi spetava con letterina arrivata a casa non c'era,ho ricevuto un straccieto da due soldi.poi quando ho chiesto dei campioncini ho ricevuto la risposta negativa come spesso succede qui...io mi domando...perche solo in questo punto vendita succedono queste cose???a Tiburtino sono le commesse gentilissime e sempre disponibile e premurose,campioncini te gli regalano senza chiedere...ce qualcosa che non va allora a roma est...
To forget ... never again in this shop ... today I had the nasty surprise again of finding ignorance and indifference in this store, then the gift that spit me with a letter arrived home was not there, I received a two penny rag. then when I asked for samples I received the negative answer as often happens here ... I wonder ... why only in this store do these things happen ??? in Tiburtino are the very kind and always available orders and thoughtful, they give you samples without asking ... there is something wrong then in east Rome ...
