★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valentina è un'insegnante molto preparata, perfettamente in grado di adattare la pratica a tutte le esigenze. La struttura offre spazi diversi per fare yoga: uno più raccolto, altri invece su terrazze con una vista da togliere il fiato. Praticare in questi spazi, con un'insegnante così attenta e competente, circondata da suoni naturali che hanno favorito l'attenzione al qui ed ora, hanno reso questa breve esperienza proprio arricchente.
Valentina is a highly trained teacher, perfectly able to adapt the practice to all needs. The structure offers different spaces for doing yoga: one more collected, others on terraces with a breathtaking view. Practicing in these spaces, with a teacher so attentive and competent, surrounded by natural sounds that have encouraged attention to the here and now, have made this brief experience just enriching.
