Sin dal principio una delle due insegnanti (la più anziana) si è resa poco disponibile nei miei confronti arrivando ad avere un atteggiamento decisamente maleducato e offensivo, anche a livello fisico. Mai nella mia vita (e ho diversi anni di pratica alle spalle in Italia e all'estero) mi è capitato di sentirmi così poco accolta in un luogo che dovrebbe al contrario promuovere l'apertura, la condivisione e la pace. Non auguro a nessuno un'esperienza del genere. (Ovviamente altri centri più famosi e accreditati hanno accettato la mia candidatura con entusiasmo giudicandomi perfetta per intraprendere il percorso di insegnante) I attended a practice in this Yoga center because I was interested in their teacher training course. From the beginning, one of the two teachers (the eldest) was not very helpful towards me, coming to have a decidedly rude and offensive attitude, even on a physical level. Never in my life (and I have several years of practice behind me in Italy and abroad) have I felt so unwelcome in a place that should, on the contrary, promote openness, sharing and peace. I do not wish anyone such an experience. (Obviously, other more famous and accredited centers have accepted my application with enthusiasm, judging me perfect to undertake the path of teacher)

La pratica di yoga in questo centro è un momento di riconciliazione personale, che fa bene al fisico e all'anima. Consigliato a tutti Yoga arte is a place to feel at home, a small haven of tranquility in the chaos of the city. Yoga art is partical, art, music is so much more that it becomes difficult to enclose in a review. The work, the deduction and the smile of the teachers deserve more than 5 stars. E' il mio angolo di pace, dove le insegnanti, Flaminia e Michela, con professionalità, competenza e dedizione trasmettono ciò che è lo yoga. E' il giusto luogo in cui rallentare il ritmo di vita, e prestare attenzione un pò a se stessi. YogaArte is the place where I like to find myself after a day spent in the hustle and bustle of the city. It is my corner of peace, where teachers, Flaminia and Michela, with professionalism, competence and dedication transmit what is yoga. And 'the right place to slow down the pace of life, and pay attention a little to themselves.

É inoltre un luogo in cui si sentono armonie e energie nuove, contemporanee, ci si sente bene, in ascolto del proprio interno e di ciò che lo circonda. Le insegnanti e formatrici Flaminia e Michela trasmettono agli allievi con generosità, competenza e passione; le lezioni sono sempre diverse e a vari livelli di difficoltà, ci sono lezioni di approfondimento e ritiri in luoghi incantevoli , c’é la possibilità di seguire corsi di formazione per diventare insegnanti e tanto altro ancora. YogaArte é anche un posto in cui poter staccare la spina e ritrovare la semplicità e l’autenticità del proprio ritmo vitale. Prendete il tappetino e venite a fare questa esperienza.... l	lavinia algranati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto YogaArte nel 2013 iniziando a praticare il MovingYoga con Michela e Flaminia. Ho sentito da subito che quello che stavo iniziando era il percorso giusto per me. Non avevo mai praticato yoga prima e quindi non avevo idea di cosa fosse ma ero nel posto giusto. Da lì ho iniziato a praticare con frequenza, le due insegnanti sono state davvero accoglienti, stimolanti, pazienti (avevo paura di tutte le asana all’inizio e bloccavo la lezione dicendo che non riuscivo ad eseguirle). Ho capito da subito che YogaArte era la possibilità di intraprendere un percorso, partendo dalla consapevolezza del corpo per arrivare, forse un giorno, ad una consapevolezza più sottile. Naturalmente all’inizio è stato principalmente il benessere fisico che mi ha portato a continuare. Le insegnanti sono sempre attente agli allievi in sala aiutandoli e correggendoli durante la pratica. Con il tempo, addentrandomi sempre di più nella pratica, ho capito anche grazie a Michela e Flaminia, che imparare ad ascoltarsi è qualcosa di più profondo. Praticare yoga non si traduce solo in uno stare bene. YogaArte è il mio porto, il luogo in cui più mi sento libera, accolta, in ascolto. Grazie I met YogaArte in 2013 starting to practice Moving Yoga with Michela and Flaminia. I felt immediately that what I was beginning was the right path for me. I had never practiced yoga before so I had no idea what it was but I was in the right place. From there I started practicing this regularly, the two teachers were really welcoming, stimulating, patients (I was afraid of all the asanas and bloccavo beginning the lesson by saying that I could not run them). I immediately understood that YogaArte was the possibility to undertake a journey, starting from the awareness of the body to arrive, perhaps one day, to a more subtle awareness. Of course at first it was mainly the physical well-being that led me to continue. The teachers are always attentive to the students in the room, helping them and correcting them during the practice. Over time, as I got more and more involved in practice, I also understood thanks to Michela and Flaminia that learning to listen is something deeper. Practicing yoga not only translates into a feel good. YogaArte is my port, the place where I feel free, welcomed, listening. Thank you

Neppure il lockdown le ha scoraggiate, sempre efficienti ad offrire un servizio di qualità. Ho iniziato a frequentare questa scuola qualche anno fa e non ho mai smesso di praticare. Da poco ho completato ,sempre presso di loro, la formazione per istruttori yoga 250h e mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatta del corso, ho apprezzato molto il clima che si è creato,la preparazione delle Maestre è stata impeccabile: per la completezza degli argomenti trattati, per l'efficienza nell' invio delle dispense e nelle comunicazioni a noi allievi e anche per la loro simpatia e il coinvolgimento durante tutte le attività del corso, una straordinaria esperienza. Consigliatissimo! ♥️ YogaArte is a space where you can "breathe" the passion of the founding teachers: energy, empathy, hospitality. Really organized and prepared professionals. Not even the lockdown has discouraged them, always efficient in offering a quality service. I started attending this school a few years ago and have never stopped practicing. I recently completed the 250h yoga instructor training with them and I feel fully satisfied with the course, I really appreciated the atmosphere that was created, the preparation of the teachers was impeccable: for the completeness of the topics covered, for the efficiency in sending the handouts and in the communications to us students and also for their sympathy and involvement during all the activities of the course, an extraordinary experience. Highly recommended! ♥ ️
