★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io non credo che ci tornerò. Andrò sicuramente in un punto vendita della stessa catena ma non in questo. Ho dato 3 stelle perché la merce venduta é di buona qualità ed è bella. Do 3 stelle per le commesse, soprattutto per le due responsabili (avevano la maglietta di colore diverso rispetto alle altre due). Una delle due aveva la faccia seccata e ha ripreso la commessa che ci ha aiutato (al suo primo giorno di lavoro) davanti a noi in modo sgarbato e inappropriato. Mi pare si chiamasse Alice...Era vicino all'ora di chiusura, c'era molta gente e il negozio era in "disordine" ma.. Cara commessa non é colpa mia se non ti piace il tuo lavoro. Il cliente non ha sempre ragione ma le buone maniere si!
I don't think I'll be back. I will definitely go to a store of the same chain but not this one. I gave 3 stars because the goods sold are of good quality and are beautiful. I give 3 stars for the orders, especially for the two managers (they had a different colored shirt than the other two). One of the two had an annoyed face and resumed the saleswoman who helped us (on her first day at work) in front of us in a rude and inappropriate way. I think her name was Alice ... It was close to closing time, there were a lot of people and the shop was in "disorder" but .. Dear saleswoman, it's not my fault if you don't like your job. The customer is not always right but good manners are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben allestito, pulito e fornito. Il personale è gentile, soprattutto la responsabile Valentina che è una delle poche commesse in questa città che si prende cura con passione della cliente cercando di soddisfare le sue esigenze in base a quelle che che sono le sue forme e i suoi gusti.
Con la biancheria intima non ho mai avuto problemi di perdita di elesticità o qualità, nemmeno lavandola in lavatrice (anche se so che non si fa!). :-)
Well set up shop, clean and well stocked. The staff is kind, especially the manager Valentina who is one of the few orders in this city who takes care of the customer with passion, trying to satisfy her needs based on what are her shapes and tastes.
With underwear I have never had problems of loss of elasticity or quality, not even washing it in the washing machine (even if I know it is not done!). :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il secondo anno che entro in negozio con la speranza di comprare qualcosa che avevo già adocchiato sul sito, alla fine ne esco sempre a mani vuote perchè o mi ritrovo ad aspettare la commessa invano che non si sa dove sia finita oppure non mi è permesso andare nei camerini di sopra perché nonostante io abbia il passeggino con mio figlio dentro non mi è permesso salire con l’ascensore, vergognosi!
Molto meglio Yamamay la Città Fiera.
It is the second year that I enter the shop with the hope of buying something that I had already spotted on the site, in the end I always go out empty-handed because either I find myself waiting for the order in vain that you do not know where it has ended up or I am not allowed go to the dressing rooms upstairs because although I have a stroller with my son inside I am not allowed to go up with the elevator, shameful!
Much better than Yamamay the Fair City.

La ragazza è stata molto gentile nel farmi vedere i modelli disponibili e mi ha consigliato di cominciare a provare per valutare quale misura fosse più adatta. In fase di prova è stata attenta nel consigliarmi il costume che stava meglio, dicendo onestamente quale non era adatto. Nel frattempo ha seguito anche altre clienti senza farmi mancare la sua attenzione.
Ritornerò per la gentilezza e la disponibilità della ragazza (mi spiace di non sapere il nome). Anche i costumi sembrano di buona qualità. È la prima volta che prendo costumi Yamamay.
I went into the shop and immediately entrusted the saleswoman to help me choose two costumes. The girl was very kind in showing me the available models and advised me to start trying to see which size was most suitable. During the rehearsal phase she was careful in recommending the costume that was best, honestly saying which one was not suitable. In the meantime he has also followed other clients without making me miss his attention.
I will return for the kindness and availability of the girl (sorry I don't know the name). The costumes also look good quality. This is my first time taking Yamamay costumes.
