 Shameful to say the least, the shop assistants are there, alone, well dressed. Almost annoyed by the customer, poorly prepared. They prefer you to do everything online. Well I provide online but I hope you find work elsewhere

Great boutique for fans of nespresso. Coffee capsules for every taste. There are limited series for collectors. The staff is polite, always ready to tell. You can also try coffee in the boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The disrespect and rudeness my wife and I were shown here was second to none. We went in with the intentions for buying a new machine and a frother and due to the absolute disregard for any type of common courtesies we left with not only nothing but also a terrible taste in our mouth for this location but also the brand. We were not welcomed at all and were even rushed through the store. Any question we asked was met with disgust. The same employee asked us to sanitize our hands numerous times even though she watched us do it she insisted we had not. We speak English but we could tell by the looks and finger pointing that the employees were talking about us. If this is how this company wants to treat its customers I highly suggest shopping else where. I hope someone in this location and company truly looks into this and trains the employees here to not judge someone when the walk in and to actually have some decorum behind that of a used public toilet.
