Purtroppo non c'era e ho chiesto alla commessa un'alternativa e, visti i saldi, che fosse possibilmente scontato. Dopo avermi risposto "di scontato non ho nulla" , le ho chiesto altre alternative anche non in saldo. Molto scocciata ha continuato a fare "no" con la testa senza darmi altre possibilità. Oggi avrei comprato a prescindere, ma la signorina ( non romana, con accento del sud e di cui PURTROPPO NON SO IL NOME, ma di cui l'unico riferimento è l'accento) se non ha voglia di lavorare STESSE A CASA. I went in today to buy a bra. I was very determined, I already knew the model. Very annoyed, she continued to say "no" with her head without giving me any other possibilities. Today I would have bought regardless, but the young lady (not Roman, with a southern accent and of which UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T KNOW THE NAME, but of which the only reference is the accent) if she doesn't want to work HERSELF AT HOME.

Venuta a casa mi accorgo però che il reggiseno acquistato è diverso per forma da quello provato. Chiamo alle 19.20 per avvisare la commessa che mi ha servito perché mi metta da parte il reggiseno in fantasia dello stesso modello provato in negozio. Mi risponde un'altra commessa che mi dice di richiamare dopo 15/20 minuti perché la collega é impegnata. Rispetto l'indicazione e dalle 19.35 chiamo continuamente fino alle ore 20 senza riuscire a parlare mentre una voce preregistrata dice che il personale è occupato. I bought a two-piece floral patterned swimsuit in the afternoon of June 22nd after trying it on in red. Coming home, however, I realize that the bra purchased is different in shape from the one I tried. I call at 7.20 pm to notify the saleswoman who served me to put aside the patterned bra of the same model I tried in the store. Another saleswoman replies and tells me to call back after 15/20 minutes because the colleague is busy. I respect the indication and from 7.35 pm I call continuously until 8 pm without being able to speak while a pre-recorded voice says that the staff is busy.
