Alla fine dalla disperazione ho acquistato uno slip per la disperazione e sono uscita. Peccato io adoro yamamay ma in quel negozio non ci entrerò mai più.
Very bad experience, I felt attacked because I could not have a look in the shop. They insisted on asking me what I was looking for. 3 shop assistants behind. In the end out of despair I bought a brief for despair and went out. Too bad I love yamamay but I will never go into that shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto se potevo cambiare un articolo acquistato all'outlet e senza neanche farmi finire di parlare o sapere di che articolo si trattava, sono stata bruscamente interrotta e liquidata dicendo di rivolgermi al punto vendita dove avevo comprato. Assolutamente scortese interrompere un cliente mentre parla tanto più che poi ho saputo essere un'informazione non corretta perché potevo cambiare l'articolo anche in altri punti vendita. Peccato ma in futuro mi rivolgerò altrove.

Non conosco le politiche di vendita di Yamamay durante i saldi, ma, credo, sia doveroso e corretto informare il cliente , che, attraverso il cambio -l'articolo pagato a prezzo pieno - passi a saldo!
Ora, non ne faccio una questione di soldi, ma, di principio!
E, quantomeno, essendo un Vostro errore, quello di non dare informazioni chiare e precise, dovreste approcciarVi diversamente con il cliente che espone una lamentela in merito.
Per i prossimi acquisti mi rivolgerò sicuramente altrove!
