Assurdo ma oggi è successo a me, dovevo cambiare 5 slip uomo acquistati come 4 più uno in omaggio, il commesso, dallo scontrino si è accorto che al momento della vendita lui si era sbagliato, allora invece di soddisfare il cliente si è trattenuto uno slipr solo 4. Il ragazzo,giovane, inesperto,ha fatto una figuraccia con me, cliente che quel giorno tra uomo e donna avevo speso ca 160 Euro, ovviamente non mi vedrà più Have you ever come back to a shop to change items because the size is wrong and leave the same shop with one less piece because the shopkeeper took it off and kept it? Torno in negozio per cambiarlo e mi dicono che nn si può perché l ho lavato. Bhe, giustamente un reggiseno di 40€ lo indosso, senza lavarlo, soprattutto in situazione Covid, e lo butto perché se lo lavo si rompe .. ASSURDI I bought a bra from the latest collection and obviously washed it, but I never got to wear it because the pearl strap broke. I go back to the shop to change it and they tell me that it's not possible because I washed it. Well, rightly I wear a bra of € 40 without washing it, especially in Covid situations, and I throw it away because if I wash it it breaks .. ABSURD

Dico pare, dato che alle 10 in realtà il negozio non era operativo e il personale non era ben disposto all'accoglienza dei clienti, seppure per un banale ritiro (ovviamente di un bene pagato in precedenza). Probabilmente il marchio lascia intendere una qualità percepita che però naufraga nella realtà di personale probabilmente sovrasfruttato, sottopagato e mal formato. Preferiremo l'acquisto online da oggi, non essendo rimasto alcun pro all'acquisto fisico in negozio. The point of sale, although small, is undoubtedly beautiful. The opening times indicated are inaccurate: the actual time seems to be at 10. I say it seems, given that at 10 in reality the shop was not operational and the staff was not well disposed to welcome customers, even for a trivial withdrawal ( obviously of an asset paid previously). Probably the brand suggests a perceived quality which, however, is shipwrecked in the reality of probably over-exploited, underpaid and ill-trained personnel. We will prefer online shopping from today, as there is no pro left over to physical in-store purchase.
