Questo Punto Tezenis sembra abbia avuto un'involuzione in negativo. Servizio non all'altezza e tempi di attesa molto lunghi, personale non attento alle esigenze del cliente. Non è la prima volta. Non ci metterò più piede.

Service not up to par and very long waiting times, staff not attentive to customer needs. It is not the first time. I won't set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intimo adatto alle più giovani o comunque taglie piccole. L'esposizione è un po' troppa date le dimensioni del negozio e questo non permette di scegliere bene tra i prodotti esposti. Prezzi buoni. È complicato trovare parcheggio data la posizione centrale della zona dove si trova il negozio.
Underwear suitable for young people or in any case small sizes. The exposure is a bit too much given the size of the shop and this does not allow you to choose well among the products on display. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fornitissimo e aperto praticamente sempre. Molto comodo il fatto di poter acquistare intimo, ma anche abbigliamento.
Ogni tanto mi è capitato di trovarlo un po' disordinato, ma le commesse sono gentili e disponibili.

Io posso capire il covid ma almeno dai la possibilità di acquistare e riavere i soldi indietro invece no... devo provare a casa e se non va bene mi fanno un buono .... ma come si fa io devo comprare tutte le cose che voglio provare e se non vanno bene devo comunque spendere tutti i soldi .
But can you shop without trying ??? I can understand the covid but at least give the opportunity to buy and get the money back but no ... I have to try it at home and if it doesn't go well they make me a voucher .... but how do you do it I have to buy all the things that I want to try and if they don't go well I still have to spend all the money.

Non per i prodotti, ma per la maleducazione delle commesse, che pensano di lavorare da Bulgari ( a parte che da Bulgari, le commesse sono educate ). Non ci vado mai, vado in tanti negozi Tezenis, ma mai in quello di Ostia, nonostante lo abbia vicino!!!!
ABSOLUTE RUDE !!!! In Ostia's shop it is to be avoided! Not for the products, but for the rudeness of the orders, who think they work for Bulgari (apart from Bulgari, the orders are polite). I never go there, I go to many Tezenis shops, but never to the one in Ostia, despite having it close !!

Consiglio passeggiate x la via piena. Di negozi parcheggio impossibile
