Facendo riferimento al loro slogan"orlo in 20 minuti altrimenti il prossimo è gratis "mi sincero che la volta successiva io possa avvalermi di questa promozione ma la risposta è stata"sono solo 10 minuti" Inqualificabile! G	Gabriele Salamone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato un paio di pantaloni da stringere in vita, l'operatore provvedeva a prendere le dovute misure che sarebbero state necessarie per sistemare il pantalone. Il capo veniva ritirato e riposto nell'armadio per una decina di giorni, sicuri che il lavoro fosse stato fatto a regola d'arte. Peccato che una volta indossato, il pantalone risultava largo quano prima. A seguito di quanto sopra mi recavo in negozio e spiegavo all'operatore quanto riscontrato. Il pantalone veniva riprovato in presenza dell'operatore il quale poteva constatare che era ancora largo come prima e per tanto non modificato. Di fronte all'evidenza ci veniva contestato che non avessimo espresso alcuna lamentela entro 7 giorni e pertanto ci comunicavano che se volevamo modificare il pantalone avremmo dovuto ripagare la somma di €14. Più volte abbiamo richiesto di parlare con la responsabile, senza riuscirci. In conclusione il pantalone non è stato modificato anche se abbiamo pagato la modifica! Indignati per l'atteggiamento di queste persone abbiamo rinunciato alla modifica presso il loro negozio (seppur avendo pagato). Su consiglio di amici ci siamo recati a Pavia in via Santa Maria delle Pertiche, dove abbiamo portato i pantaloni in un'altra sartoria, dove sono stati egregiamente modificati a metà prezzo, ebbene si a 7 euro! Il tutto accompagnato da arroganza e mancanza di professionalità. Credo che chi scelga questa sartoria lo faccia soprattutto per ragioni pratiche e per mancanza di tempo. Obiettivo non raggiungibile, se si considera che i gestori stabiliscano il giorno del ritiro (spesso non immediato), non rispettino quanto da essi stessi indicato e rendano necessario almeno un viaggio “a vuoto” nella speranza di ottenere il prodotto finito. Inoltre, non spetterebbe al cliente il dover ricordare alla sarta di indossare la mascherina. Mai più. Bad experience.
