Brought jacket and pants and could not wash well. The jacket at the second wash the trousers at the third wash .. they should change jobs, to be absolutely avoided .. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato due vestiti completi e alcuni abiti donna dichiarando le diverse macchie presenti. Nessuna e’ stata rimossa oltre ad aver smarrito un capo. Mi spiace solo aver buttato lo scontrino e quindi mea culla non poterlo dimostrare. Mai più.
Brought two full dresses and some women's dresses stating the different stains present. None have been removed other than having lost a garment. I'm only sorry to have thrown the receipt and therefore I am unable to prove it. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho portato un capo da lavare, sporco solo di polvere, mi è stato riconsegnato ESATTAMENTE nello stesso modo, polvere compresa. Commessa arrogante, non ha risposto alle mie lamentele e mi ha invitata a rivolgermi ad altre lavanderie. Evviva la professionalità.

Capi lavati e stirati bene.
Costo nella media di altri provati.
Da migliorare dove vengono attaccate le etichette sui capi: sulle camicie sono state attaccate in fondo e non nelle asole dei bottoni o sulla targhetta della marca come fanno altri fornitori e si rischia di bucare il capo per toglierle.
